I bought a new phone from Flipkart on (22 Jan 2020) and as per their technician said I get refurnised phone in the name of their GREAT INDIA SALE. For me my new phone is not working. And after raising complaint for their defective phone. For 10-12 days they say wait we will solve your problem, and keep tell their trouble shooting steps for 2 days. When I tell problem is still same. Then said our technician will visit and check, after 2 time technician visit I still facing the touch issue in my phone but they say it's working fine as per our technician feedback. And the technician said I can't do anything you got solution from flipkart. And flipkart said if technician approve then we do something. They people want to put things on others head. Not want to do anything their own. And after 15 days (5. Feb. 2020) one executive call me and said Visit service center and if they provide DOA we will provide you replacement. If that was the solution then why don't this silly peoples tell me on the first day. I waited for 12-13 days to hear this nonsense after paying them money to get a faulty phone. According to my experience, Flipkart is the cheapest company I know of who manipulates their customers. You people never care about your customers. Very poor customer care, they have no manners and are very rude. Always said that we are here to help you, but you just keep irritating and manipulate the customer. Does not routinely take the same corrective action. I would suggest to all my known people to never buy a single thing from Flipkart as it is a very bad online fake service provider.

First they gave me a faulty TV in exchange for my Television (good and running) and now when the TV which was installed 2 days back has been found to be faulty, they are offering me a gift card of 1000 from Flipkart in place of my old tv... I mean seriously. Flipkart team do you take drugs?

This was my worst experience with flipkart I have ordered Phillips juicer 1863/20 (ID- OD**************) with pre payment, Flipkart promise to delivered on 12/12/18 but then message it will delivered on 10/12/18, but refuse then promise to delivered on 11/12/18 again the delivery boy refuse to give then promise to delivered on 12/12/18 again refuse, The delivery boy say no to come on my address direct, I complaint for this issue atleast 5-6 times to flipkart customer care but no proper action was taken, And they promise to delivered on 13th then 14th then 15th and then they cancelled it without my permission because their delivery boy was not delivered my ordered, This is very very bad, Never ever want to shop with flipkart again also advice to all not to shop with this site, I don't know why i need to give even single star to this shopping website just the worst shopping site.

Recently I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes and on opening the box I found them to be a size smaller. I at once made a return request but return was denied because price tag was missing. Lei me tell there was no price tag in the box or attached to the shoe when I opened the box! There was only a price and product info sticker on side of the box. I spoke to four employees of Flipkart but they made me feel like I was lying about the price tag not being there.
When I was invited to review the product and wrote my review, Flipkart did not publish it, can you believe it! They don't give a damn for the customer. Following is my review on Flipkart which they did not publish online.

Put in a request for return, courier boy turned in and said he can't take the shoes back because the price tag is missing. I explained to him that the price tag was not there in the first place. It only had the brand tag and genuine leather logo in a plastic string on the shoe. He asked me to raise a complaint with Flipkart.
I called Flipkart and told them I want to return my shoes. I was told the price tag has to be there and it was there in the box and checked by Packers before shipping. I replied I did not find any price tag in the box but there is a sticker with price, model, size and bar code on side of the shoe box. But the cs rep declined to return it and the matter was escalated to a team'.
During the next few days got 3 calls from the team and they said the same thing.
I understand the policy that price tag has to be there, but couldn't the seller have made a mistake and missed packing the price tag with the shoe? I got the feeling that Flipkart meant to say I am lying, that the price tag was there as stated by the seller! Ridiculous, probably the seller wants to clear inventory and comes up with such excuses to not return the product. Seller probably has a policy of once out never in! Lol
Looks like Flipkart has grown so big that it no longer cares for customer satisfaction. My money is down the drain and Flipkart lost a customer.
