When I tried to change it more than 24 hours ahead, you said I had to go through airline, which was closed. As a result I had to purchase this second ticket. I am very frustrated.

My flight suffered several changes - a 38.5 hour flight became a 48.5 hour flight, the date of arrival, time of arrival and place of arrival changed without providing me and my partner any other option to choose from, being our alternatives either to settle for the changes or to get a refund. I do not consider this appropriate. We did make the effort to pay a little extra to have a pleasant flight and at the end we feel like we got the leftovers. We do feel somewhat disrespected. I will keep in touch to see if we can get a better response from the airline and Flight Network but we probably won't be booking flights from this platform or recommending it in the future.

It was way too complicated for me I took 2 hours to complete my reservation! I wanted to reserve my ticket with American Airlines directly and was automatically switched a third party! I am not happy with all the extra charges whe I was told what the ticket would cost.
Re Lufthansa booking: Received 2 highly divergent prices for the same trip with 2 entries. No option to select carry-on luggage either time. No idea if 'premium service' via customer service will clarify this. No plans to check baggage but felt compelled to pay for lost baggage insurance since no assurance re carryon luggage as possible.
