Easy to navigate. Are usually dislike these sites because it's hard to change your dates and move back-and-forth without starting all over again from different cities. This one was very easy. And I double check the price is against other sites and it was as cheap or cheaper than any of them.
Book directly with the airline, that way if your flight is canceled you get all of your money back. FlightHub is refusing to refund me my seat selection fee for seats that are no longer available to me. I called Delta and they said they did not charge a fee for selecting seats, so the fee is strictly FlightHub. Such a scam, don't use this service.
Prices were great but not easy to deal with when trying to get a refund. I don't want travel credits that expire. I won't be travelling anytime soon thanks to Covid. I called months before my scheduled trip to get my money back and was told I would get a credit. Again, I don't want a credit. I'm in Canada and we aren't even allowed to travel by air unless it's deemed essential. I have no plans to travel anytime soon. I'm out almost $1500 now.
Booking was all right. Same as any other travel sites. Your site doesn't have an option to reserve seats. You site has no online live chat. Some travelers do need to contact you & calling that toll free number is not convenient when overseas on a mobile phone. As a matter of fact, the toll free doesn't work on overseas calls on a mobile phone. The caller has to pay international long distance. I found that out when I had to call because my booking got canceled.
Rep not good listener. Quoting incorrect price and poor search info. Had to correct few times about misinformation. Had to excuse myself and close purchase and reverify details through own searches and complete purchase online myself.

FlightHub does not provide a valid Air Canada confirmation number (6 letters/numbers) to access online services like Check-in and seat selection directly on Air Canada web site. They are saying that this number is not available, but when i book with other sites, this number is available. Seat selection and check in is not possible on Flighthub website and the other option is to call Air Canada, which as problems with too much calls with a wait time of over 2-3 hours. Online tools would have been great, we are now in 2020!. Bad service, don't think i will book with Flighthub again.
This is an absolutely terrible website to buy ticket with worst ever customer service.
Their return policy is not something that you read in your ticket return policy.

I bought a return ticket in July to fly from North America to West Africa. Now, because it was a promotional ticket, it had its caveats. When I discovered all the airport changes I had to do, I started having second thoughts. But I had bought the ticket already.
Now as providence would have it, my hubby took ill so I had to request a refund. I first contacted United Airlines and they referred me immediately to the flight hub.
I have made 12 different phone calls from September till now. This is December. Flighthub has not issued a refund. It is very easy for money to be taken from the customer but it is very hard to return it.
When I speak with customer service, they are not always consistent in the dates they give me for a refund. One set says one thing and another says another. They raise my expectations unnecessarily.
There was a call I made on the 13th of November. The lady I spoke with, though professional said I should expect a call or an email within 2 to 12 days. Nothing ever came through. Shortly after we spoke, I saw a PENDING transaction from Flighthub for the same amount on my bank statement. The bank could not explain this transaction and it disappeared a few days later. Someone has said to expect payment in a few days. Too much has been said, I have little faith now.
Flighthub, be consistent in your communication across board. Do not make statements that hold no water. I still await my refund of over a 1000canadian dollars.

Can't get hold of a live person to explain why I need to cancel my upcoming flight March14th 2020 to JFK on JetBlue Flight #2830, I called JetBlue and gave them my JetBlue confirmation # and was told it's a non refundable ticket, so no refund however a travel credit for future use to be used within one year and no cancellation fees however I wed to call FlightHub to cancel and they have to adhere to the airlines guidelines as well. Please cancel my flight and please no booming fees or cancellation fees. Booking # 177-510-362
Initial hiccup on sign-in to book, kept crashing. Booked anyway entering all personal info. Tried signing in after booking to check if if it went through, et voilà! Success logging in this time, and found my booking no problem.
After getting my booking from Flighthub, never got confirmation. Just an email after my flight was gone, confirming they couldn't allocate my 5 tickets. JUN 8,2023.

The price for the flight was $264, but I got charged $295. Then I was trying to call customer service, was on hold first time 45 minutes, second time already 50 minutes and I'm still on line waiting for response, nobody answer. What kind of service is that?

Booked 2 times and after two hours I get an email that they are sorry that the booking has been cancelled. No one to talk to just a PC respond on the phone
Less than pleasant, because the site was glitching and when I thought the glitching was over I booked my flight and the date switched. Instead of just changing the day, flighthub proceeded to cancel my trip and had me book all over again via phone which was extremely frustrating.
I have booked a flight that was confirmed, then I booked a hotel for which I haven't got any confirmation nor any email.
I have tried to get in touch with flight hub for my issue to check if the booking was done but didn't get any resolution. I was provided by flight hub customer services (*******755) the phone for hotel booking which is booking.com. As I do not have a confirmation # for the hotel I cannot talk to anybody because I am asked to input the hotel booking confirmation number.
This is not at all a good experience. I have tried also to contact the hotel directly but nobody answers the calls.
I had booked flight from toronto to kathmandu. Everything was ok, flight price was not cheap but it worked for me. It was for 2 adult and 1 child and it cost me $5600. They charged it through my credit card but on top of it they charged extra $396 which was not mention in my invoice. When i called them regarding $396 they could not figure it out and told me to call back after 48hrs. Its been 10 days i have been trying to reach them for clarification and for refund but no one is reachable and no one called me back. This would be my last booking from flighthub. Worst customer service!

The section to fill in the passenger names askes for [middle name], not middle initial. Yet, at the bottom of the web page it specifically states the passenger names MUST match wherever ID you're going to use. My ID only has my middle initial NOT full middle name. But it won't let you change it, even though there is a link for you to change it, but it has zero effect after I changed the name to match my ID. FIX IT!
I paid for the platinum support package but it looks like I got a flight without any services or flexibility and have to do everything through the airline, and I got no insurance. I wrote to ask what I paid for and for a refund. Radio silence. What did I pay for?
Flight shows as available even after confirmation but when finally entering credit card information to pay for it, the website then says it's unavailable. There's an option to phone in for a "phone only" price that's still discounted but more expensive. I phoned and of course the price was unavailable. I finally gave up and changed plans altogether after repeated attempts to get the advertised price. Overall a negative experience. Even after checking again and again, the discounted price continues to show up despite being unavailable.
For this particular transaction I used 3 different browsers and a VPN to book a flight. The price kept flipping back and forth $10 higher and lower. Website just seems to be unreliable or it's calculated to charge you more depending on whether you've visited the site in the past.
Prices are very low compare to the other website and it's super easy to book! They compare their prices to many other site and only gives you the best one, its free and worth it!
When my flight booked through FlightHub was cancelled I was instructed to call them to discuss an update to my itinerary.
When I called them to ask for a refund on my cancelled flight, they informed me that funds were not possible for this flight but I could request a credit from the airline.
I did not consent to them requesting a credit on my behalf from my airline, opting instead to call the airline directly. None the less I was charged a 35$ handling fee for submitting the request and when I called to have it cancelled, I was informed it was not refundable. At no point during my call with FlightHub, when they were discussing credit options, was I informed that there was be a 35$ handling fee.
I feel taken advantage of during this Covid crisis. As so many flights are being cancelled, FlightHub is charging customers without their knowledge to request a credit from their airlines. You can call the airline directly to speak with them about a credit or refund.
I will never be using FlightHub again to book travel.

I have been on hold for two days in a row, each day for OVER 2 hours, still no humans to talk to. I have memorized the guitar riff they play over and over. I am on at the moment asI am typing this as well, so if it is posted then you know I had plenty of time to type this. If I select "make a new booking" BAM, I get an agent in under 10 minutes, great! And I used that number to ask agent about my rebook confirmation and they say they can not help me and put me back on the waiting-loop-train guitar-riff of insanity. All we want from them is the confirmation email. They said it would come within MAX 72 hours - It has been almost 5 days now. I emailed customer service and it bounces back as "NOT MONITORED INBOX". Their online questionnaires are laughable, a straight loop to same old thing. No help.
We have been flighthub customers for well over 12 years because we found their search engine for flights pretty good - but I have now spent more time on hold than all of the flight time we will be booking, not to mention the frustration and hate towards tin sounding jazz guitar.

I book and pay for the flight, turn off my computer because I made a mistake I thought it did not went tru, I made another booking. When I found out the first one was in I immediately call them to cancel the first one. It has just been 10 mins the person I was talking to said I need to pay cancelation fee for all 5 passanger which really cost a lot in total. She was very firm and will not consider anything only paying the fee or paying the whole m=amount in full and in waste.
