No it's not they will rip you off every chance they get! 3200 tickets 300 to cancel another 400 to rebook IF THEY HAD FLIGHTS FOR US and another 4000 at air Canada so we can actually go to my husband's grandmothers birthday. Because they couldn't change my dates so convinced me to cancel then couldn't give us tickets for when we wanted and refused to refund me because I canceled my tickets. Scam scam scam scam
