Worse costumer service and horribly policy. I never got such a bad costumer service that disrespect people who spent hundreds of dollar in their website. I ordered shoes and realized I got the wrong size only a few hours after the purchase, so I ask costumer service to cancel the order. Costumer service answered my email a day after and told me that they will move forward my request to cancel. 3 days after I get an email that the shoes has shipped. In their policy you can not cancel an ordered after it shipped. At the costumer service they repeatedly told me that they apologize and if I want I can sell the shoes back to them. They had 3 days to cancel my request but they didn't. Then they want you to sell them back the shoes. This is how they make money on customers. Highly recommended to NOT order anything from this site.
This is a scam company. Trying to scam me out of over $400 for a pair of shoes for my daughter and when you email them wanting CS # they wanna email... Trash business and customer service! Bunch of thieves tried to say if I didn't put in a 5 digit number after the withdrawal amount it wouldn't go through... Well mfers it was - in front of the amount and I notified my bank when I submitted the transaction because I was wondering if this would happen... Had a negative when they took the money but no shoes and no deposit back for my refund.! Now it's one big pile of emailing horsesh#t about a refund... The bank knows and all the right business agencies will know after tomorrow! Trash company I don't recommend at all! Thieves that hide behind computers
Their customer service never actually replies to you, just automated messages. I'm starting to think I'm never going to have the sneakers sold by them, and there is NOBODY you can get in touch to help otherwise. So they 1, have poor handling of what they are (looks like a resell site, not a consignment site. Doesn't even say anywhere they're consignment) tricking some sellers, they have NO customer service, and NO way to get your money back once you ship your shoes to them. DO NOT USE. Seriously, save your money and frustration and just use real dealers like Stockx or GOAT.
I placed an order with them. I then realized that my previous address in a different state was auto filled and reached out to flight club before the order was shipped. They told me that I would be able to change the address with the carrier. Once I reached out to fedex they told me that the address could be changed and that flight club would need to reach out to do it. Flight club refused to assist and reach out to fedex and told me they couldn't do anything to help. So I'm out of shoes and money. Never order from them I would not have given them a star or I did not have to.
They will not send you the correct shoe size. They will scrutinize & want 20 pictures to verify you have the incorrect shoe size when you want to return or exchange the incorrect size. But wont take time to make sure you are receiving the correct size. The flightclub authenticators change the shoe size to what they choose on arrival! Horrible company. Stoill waiting on a return label or exchange its been almost a month with the slow $#*! communicating they do!
Ordered weeks ago no contact info no tracking messaged them got a generic response still waiting on my shoes come to find out theyre now coming from GOAT. If i wanted to deal with GOAT ida ordered off GOAT. Over priced promised within 7-10 days its all a racket they come from china
I placed a order on flight club for 2 pair of yeezys. One prices at almost $500 the other one priced at $660. I only received a refund for one. The second sneaker priced at $660 still hasn't been refunded. I've been emailing and still a week later no response. These were important Christmas gifts. Never again will I order from this site. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
I honestly have to say I have had nothing but a great and successful relationship with flight club! I have copped multiple pairs of shoes from them, most recently one of my Grails, the Jordan 12 Obsidian, and haven't had any issues whatsoever with any of my orders over the last few years and from my personal standpoint, I would recommend flight club to any of my friends and Family!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered some shoes that were to be Christmas gift. Just as I hit the submit order button, I realized I had accidentally entered the wrong email address. Without the correct email address, I had no receipt, no record of the order number, and also no way to track the order. So I scoured the web site for a phone numer--there is not one. I emailed their "support" and got a form letter response that "they were working on the issue" instead of " your order # is... and it has been sent" SOOOO frustrating. I still dont know if they are coming, although the charge went through at my bank. I still don't know if my dauther will get her Christmas gift.
My shoes are fake one is bigger than the other they have scuff marks on it look like the tried to clean them but just messed the shoe up more I will never shop with them again

I witnessed a young person short only a few cents maybe. 40 cents short and the cashier told this kid no that he couldn't get the sneakers because of that. I said wow. I just hope that she doesn't have a child and be short for that formula or pampers. The boy did get the sneaker I made sure of that.
When I read all the negative reviews I thought I was f*cked. Although the shoes did take a while to be delivered I am very happy with that I got, the shoes were perfect and the right size. I wouldn't pay no kind to the negative reviews. But their prices are kind of on the high end
We ordered and pre-paid a pair of shoes and when they arrived we were told there was $180 in shipping and duties that we had to pay on top of what we had already paid. When we told Flight Club we wanted to cancel the order, they told us to cancel it with DHL. However DHL told us that Flight Club had to cancel it. And to top it off, Flight Club says we have to pay shipping to us and back - $125! So, no shoes, lots of payments to Flight Club and a huge waste of time!

I ordered shoes off flight club twice. The first time they were real and everything was good. I wanted another pair same shoe just different colorway and they sent a shoe that wasn't even my size. I sent them the differences and size and how it didn't add up and they told me there was no difference and that they won't refund my money. But the worst part about it is they encouraged me to sell them because they wanted to make money off of me again. There is a 50/50 chance you will get scammed. If I were you I would take my business to goat

I irdered the oreo retros and order got sent to flight club for verification. Next it said label created and was going to ship. Then they canceled my order without explanation after they took my cash for almost 2 weeks.
Realized immediately that I ordered the wrong size, and within seconds, I cancelled the order on a pop-up page that disappeared so quickly that I almost missed it. Their policy supposedly gives you 3 hours to cancel. Nope. I also emailed them within 10 minutes of the order and actually got a response the next day saying they would make a big exception for me and TRY to cancel the order. Well, NOPE. Credit card charge went through today and now silence. Why would any company do something like this? If they had cancelled, I would have ordered the correct size! Now I would not order anything from them if my life depended on it. Oh... also, I received no order confirmation, no cancellation confirmation, no confirmation of a delivery date... NOTHING. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with... absolutely NO customer service. Beware! Like throwing money into the wind! The phone number for GOAT, which seems to be the parent company, is *******211 in case anyone else is disgruntled. I have opened a dispute on my credit card for the amount.
