No problems

I don't usually buy from resellers but I really wanted the reimagineds and didn't hit on release date. I've read and heard mixed reviews about flight club but like I said a wanted these shoes so I went out on a limb and made my order. From the order to the processing to the shipping to the delivery flight club kept me informed and I had no problems at all. I got my shoes in about 2 weeks from order date. The box had some damage but nothing serious. I QC'd the shoe and was completely satisfied. All and all this purchase with flight club was a great one and I would definitely consider using them again if need be. I just hate having to pay so much more than retail but hey that's part of the game! Flight club keep doing business like this and people will keep coming back

Received damaged shoes
August 5, 2022

I bought air Jordan raging 5 twice from them and both times they came damaged and had to return them. I think what's happening is goat bought flight club to sell downgraded slightly or massively damaged shoes as " "new" and sell the new in good condition shoes on their goat platform. It's like they legally scamming buyers.

I do not recommend buying shoes from flight club because they will not exchange them for a bigger size I spent $200 with shipping and tax and can't even wear my shoes because they don't fit very dissatisfied I will never buy from this company again

Nike Dunks

Placed order for Nike Dunks for Grandson. They had the shoes in stock and shipped quickly. I received these shoes in 5 days, and were spot on fir the grandson. He is very happy. The price was competitive comparing to other locations. I was nervous after placing the order and reading the reviews. Too many negative reviews. More people with positive experiences need to post their reviews as well.

Schoenen besteld en betaald in euros.
Week lang niets gehoord, toen gevraagd naar de status van mijn bestelling.
Bleek mijn order te zijn geannuleerd zonder dat ik op de hoogte werd gesteld.
Bedrag werd volgens hun terug gestort.
Helaas €17,- minder dan dat ik betaald had.
Na veel heen en weer ge email kreeg ik een vaag verhaal over een valuta koers waar ik niets van af wist.
Kortom, €17,- weg en kreeg daar niets voor terug.
Mensen wees gewaarschuwd, je wordt bij flightclub besodemieterd waar je bij staat.
Heb het nu 1 keer geprobeerd maar NOOIT MEER!

Buyers beware

Worst company ever. Horrible customer service. High prices for fake shoes. I went to get the authenticity of a pair of shoes I bought from here and was told they were replicas/fake. I called customer service and they did not help at all.

I bought a pair of size 11 men shoes and almost 3 weeks later receive shoes for a toddler. I was told that PS means "Pre School"

1. Who uses a PS acronym for shoe sizes!?
2. What adult would buy their toddler a pair of shoes for $160!?

When I reached out for a refund I was told all sales are final. So now I have $160 toddler tennis shoes.

COUNTERFEIT AIR FORCE

Bought a pair of gum bottom air forces on 12/13/21. It's not like it's a rare shoe or anything. Total was $145. They sent me FAKE air forces. I could tell the moment I took them out of the box that the weight was SUPER OFF, as I have been buying and wearing air forces, for almost two decades. Wore the shoes once (with crease protectors inside - that work wonders on all my other air forces) they creased like CRAZY, I've never hair air forces crease like this after one time wearing them for a couple of hours. Black glue is melting from several different seams, oh and the laces don't feel like any of the other laces in my other air forces, these are much softer. Finally spent money today on virtual authentication service, and just as I expected, FAKE. Leaving this review now that it's confirmed. Don't bother trying to contact these jokers - dispute the charge with your credit card company as counterfeit goods.

Ordered a pair of Jordan Concord 11's 2018 earlier this month and wore the shoe about 4 or 5 times when all of a sudden as im walking the bottom of the left shoe came completely apart! I was pissed because I haven't had the shoe a month and that happened which has never happened before and I have bought several shoes from them but their response to my issue was "We can only accommodate for 3 days and the shoe still needs to have the tag" I spent over 300.00 for the shoes and thats the response I get! So I am very disappointed with this company and may not be shopping with them again

Report them to the BBB for selling fake sneakers and ripping people off. I bought 6 pairs of sneaker spent over $2,500 all fakes tags say made I'm China. Sneakers tear and fall apart after wearing 3 times.

If i could give no stars I would. Sent me a paid of Blazer 77 with stitching misaligned and the sole was discolored and the foam inside the sneaker was falling apart. As you can see the reviews from other buyers speak for themselves so I'm not some disgruntled person. They stuff is crap. If you honestly think there's nothing wrong with they're service and product. Then you have no idea what quality really is.
Also, If you need to send back and item. They will take 17% restocking fee of your total spent. $34 dollars in my case. Lesson learned and never again.

Our group was refused drinks as they believed one person was drunk, the security manger spoke to me and asked us to leave, when I asked the group to leave security accused me of raising my voice (baring in mind we had a group of 16). She then grabbed me by my arms and pushed me out, in the process I lost 4 nails and she said she didn't use excessive force. She didn't give me chance to walk out, she grabbed me by my arms. She accused me of saying things I didn't say. She accused me of swearing when I didn't. They stated certain people spent too long in the toilets but we had people who just given birth and were breast pumping in the toilets and people with stoma bags. If they believed people were drunk they have a duty of care not to serve those people, there was no need for excessive force! I asked for cctv she said there's no cctv but there's audio. I will be making a formal complaint as this was unacceptable

Unhelpful service, unforeseen customs fees

It's an American company and I ordered from Canada and got charged a customs fee for half the price of the sneakers themselves since nowhere did it say it was being shipped from Hong Kong. You can't even cancel the order or return the unwanted package. The package has now been returned to sender and I'm asking for a full refund from customer service which I will update on how the process goes. So far, very unimpressed as there are many many better sneaker stores online that aren't as troublesome.

Seller canceled
August 22, 2021

Ordered my sons shoes on here for school. After waiting about two weeks ( had a hard time checking status, hoping he got them in time fore school) I received an email stating "sorry, but the seller canceled your item and you will receive a refund on your credit card." Ridiculous! Will never order from here again. So not reliable.

Bought the wrong size and questioned why a huge shoe company does not allow refunds. Frustrates me so much, I paid almost $300 dollars for those shoes and they don't even fit me.

Dont order any of their shoes, they are so expensive and you can literally buy the same shoes anywhere else. After purchasing these shoes I regret even wanting to buy brands and labels anymore. It doesn't look good anymore if you're just wearing brands and labels. Maybe if you're a high school teenager then sure go ahead, but plain shirts, shoes and all clothes in general have a such a mature look compared to wearing brands and $#*!. Just go to the thrift store and be creative with that. Aight wheezy outta here

Buyer beware

We bought a pair of shoes and the photos on the we site did not fully show what they looked like and if they had we wouldn't have purchased them for $180. Then we find out all sales are final and they won't exchange or return your money. This seems very sketchy. I wouldn't trust shopping thru them and never will again. No wonder their ratings are horrible. Wish I'd known before.

What if I had spend €300,- for a pair of shoes!?
Costumer service "Tracy" is also useless...

One of the many covid cancellations, I had also purchased flight insurance from Manulife (never bother; they don't honor their claims). I had my refund approved; never got it.

Flighthub.com's sales reps are in India of course and just hang up on you, lie to you, etc.

The "refund" phone number does not allow you to do anything but book more flights.

I have sat on another line waiting an hour; no one's answering.

In future, I will never insure my flight, and I will only buy direct from the airline, at the airport itself.

Would definitely love to give a 0/5. I ordered here only got one pair of the shoes out of 3 and i went to the bank the next day and all my money was taken it was tracked back to fight club but nobody can reach them. At this point i have lost over thousands of dollars that was for keeping my house! Don't buy from here you will get scammed in every way that there is.

Their online customer service is absolute no smiley face. I ordered from the goat no problem but flight club had some 12 flu's I just had to have. So I ordered them it took a week to process my order then after waiting and seeing the pending charge on my card a week later they declined it and told me to use PayPal. Tried to look for a customer service number there wasn't one. If I'm trying to order something and there's an issue why can't I call and talk to someone. Deleted app and will never attempt to purchase with them again.
