I found jobs on here I'd never even heard of. Gotten called back quite a few times and I love the way it set up with the resume profiles. Honestly, much more efficient compared to a lot of other job seeking platforms.
I wish more jobs had salaries on them. I know it is up to the employer to provide this but it should be required as to not waste anyone's time.
Love Flex Jobs! They make it easy to narrow your search and funnel the jobs you are interested in. Also the site shoes "possible interest" jobs and it is helpful to think outside the box for what I thought I was looking for.
There is valuable information and help for one to use researching jobs, skills, resumes, etc. Haven't used everything available to my advantage so far.
