I was able to apply to numerous roles, but I haven't heard back from any. While I appreciate how easy the application process has become, I'm concerned that its simplicity means companies are receiving hundreds of applicants, and my submissions are not even being seen. It feels like this shift has been a great revolution for companies that are hiring, but a significant disadvantage for job seekers.
