Dreadful company - with no customer service! Oredred a birthday presnet online - paid for special next day delivery! The item goes missing! And wont refund for at least 35 Days until their investigation is finished! Awful!
I ordered a pair of Veja trainers - reviews said go up a size I did and still too small!
Paid £6.00 delivery then had to pay a further £5.50 to return them.
When you have choices - avoid this rip off company completely.
I placed an order with flannels and when it arrived the box looked like someone had kicked it around. It was partially opened and when I checked the contents 3 of the items I had been charged for were missing.
5 weeks later they are still fobbing me off with excuses that they are waiting for DPD complete their investigation while I am out of pocket for the items.
Never again!
Bought a bodywarmer had a hole in it didn't realise till wearing a week later and they wouldn't exchange or refund customer service was rubbish and rip off clothing so never again would have given it zero if possible

Ordered 11 items including a shirt that cost £130, but only 10 items arrived! When chatting to customer service via web chat & email explaining I had not received the 11th item they have closed the case due to an "investigation" showing that the shirt had been packed and posted when it has never arrived! Full order being sent back due to the lack of service being given and now £130 down for a shirt that was never packed!
Will never order online or In-store again!

Do not order from this company. Simple as this. I've lost two hundred pounds to this company. I placed an order to pick up in store which oddly would take a week. I tried to call custom support but they would never answer the phone. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.
This company failed to package a third of a large order and then alleged that all items were placed in the box and delivered. They refused to help resolve the issue of my of £260 claiming to have CCTV evidence that the item were package. There refused to reassure me of no mistake or intentional wrong doing at their end. I asked for them to also consider weighing the box of an identical order so that I could show them a photo of the weight documented on the box I received via DPD, however they failed to cooperate with this request and closed there investigation. The box is clearly underweight for the numerous items I paid for and which they claimed to have delivered. FRAUD!
I ordered a boys t shirt for £22. I had to pay £6.99 for delivery. The shirt was tiny when it arrived. I returned and asked for an exchange for larger size. I had to pay another £3.99 to returned item. Flannels then refunded £22 back in bank. I have no exchange and am £ 11 out of pocket. Rubbish company, no communication and inadequate at arranging an exchange. I will not shop with this company again.
I recently ordered a Barbour jacket, it was apparently delivered but it wasn't received. I have been in touch with Flannels 5 times at this stage to no avail. They have not once, come back to me with an update, they forgot to open an investigation with the courier until I reminded them. They said when I pressed them that it would take 28 days for an investigation with the courier to be resolved and this item was a Christmas gift so it will be after Christmas before that happens. I have had to give the details of the incident each time I called as it seems they don't read the information. Do NOT buy from this website unless you wish to waste your money. If I could give a lower rating I would!
"I've had the same issue as so many others! DO NOT BUY WITH FLANNELS. I ordered a £1250 bag as Christmas present and received a £45 backpack from their House of Fraser warehouse. Customer service has refused to help me same thing saying parcel weight is correct however I sent proof of the parcel and incorrect item won't help and asking me to sort with payment provider. I am now £1250 out of pocket these people are crooks and have done this several times to customers. Be careful, order with someone else."
Hello no time frame given for a refund or a query.
I have requested management contact email and details over 6 times. The service shocking and for premium products Non Sale items please beware. Selfridges and Harvey Nichols will always do an exchange and if items faulty they will help and review.
This is not the case with Flannels AT ALL they refuse manager call back / manager contact details or emails.
Do not buy YSL Sunglasses from here not any it that's full priced.

I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service and company policy.
Clearly, the fault lies with Flannels, their side to return the goods is not working, and they have no alternative for customers. They told me to send back the goods at my own expense, where the shipment costs £ 6.99 on their website.
For me, at the post office, they valued the parcel at £ 20, because I have to declare the value and the fee increases. When I asked if I could return the goods to a stationary store, they replied that I could not!
I have not seen such a poor policy of the company yet. In addition, a company that sells luxury brands on its website and in stores really does not count to the customer. I will just add that even the staff in the store in Southampton has no idea about brands, they do not know about the products.
When I asked the company to generate a return label for me and send it to my e-mail, they replied that they did not do it.

Ordered two items online, only reiceved one contact immediately to inform and expect simple refund or reissue, nope got told that they had evidence that they shipped both and therefore I had recieved!
Joke of a company, thieves and honestly can't think of anything good to say apart from the fact that they are so so bad that they won't be around long!

I ordered an item and I receive a different item. Mathew from the customer service said he will return it back to me and that he will quality check the item before sending a new one, and he repeated the same mistake twice and he sent me for the second time the wrong item.

Horrendous customer service. I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes and the parcel arrived in a bad condition and the snickers were missing from the parcel. I contacted them and asked me to wait 28 days for them to investigate, only to tell me after a month that they checked their CCTV footage and that they can confirm the they shipped the item.
Well, maybe you sent them, but I never got the items I ordered! I do not recommend buying from this store, their customer service is useless and very slow. I will have to contact my bank now and ask them to chargeback.
Returned an item that was two days old. Found a fault once a got it home. Took it in store and I was told I couldn't get a credit note or an exchange as it wasn't a manufacturer's fault. After reading hundreds of reviews this is just something they say to most people who wish to return. The manager at the Derby store was rude and aggressive, dismissive and unprofessional. I left the store in tears and left with a faulty jumper that I paid £195. Over the years I have spent thousands in this store. Never again will I purchase anything from here again.
Total scammers. I bought two pairs of jeans and returned two pairs of jeans. They will only refund one pair. Claim they only received one pair so I can only assume they have an issue in their warehouse but somehow that has been made my issue as they have point blank refused to refund the second pair. Don't even think about buying from this website.
Avoid this place like the plague! Asked to speak to a manager and was told not possible. Followed up and didn't get a manager. The products are absolute tat! The refused to allow me a shipping label to return items. Told me I had to pay €16 to return!
Paid £1100+ postage for Christian Louboutin handbag for my 13 year old daughter's birthday when I went to pick it up from flannels shop we opened it at the counter to find in in a white cardboard box we asked the assistant at the counter we're the louboutin box she rang head office in front of us and she was told it came like that well that to me is worthless if in the future my daughter wanted to sell first thing people would ask for is a box and papers so I will send back
No Refund for £175. I ordered 3 items online and decided to keep 1 and returned 2. I was only refunded for 1 of the items I returned. They argued for months, eventually after submitting a Section 75 with the credit they agreed to refund me the money as long as I cancelled the section 75. I cancelled the Section 75 and then they claimed the credit card company never returned the money to them, even after providing written evidence from the credit card company. I'm £175 out of pocket and would never risk buying anything from them again. The company operates multiple names including Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Tessuti,Sports Direct, Jack Wills, Game, Scotts Menswear, I Saw it First, Missguided and many more. Not worth running the risk of never receiving your refund. My Order was with house of fraser, but Flannels is owned by the same company and returns are processed at the same location.
