Absolutely outrageous. Missing suit jacket from order. The box was open on arrival as evidenced by DPD's own delivery photo and DPD even said the box should not have been delivered opened and returned to sender.
Flannels digital risk department not even caring to know the facts have have unbelievably blocked me from ordering from them again and accused of me of fraud.
Will be seeking legal advise.

Don't order from Flannels online. They charge an arm and a leg to send substandard goods, then refuse to accept any responsibility despite evidence and attempts to find, they want me to pay MORE postage to send it back so THEY can decide if there's a manufacturing fault. (It's 4 inches smaller but has the exact same label!) After all my requests to escalate my complaint have been totally ignored, it's fair to assume that they'll decide in their own favour. SCAM.
Ordered items worth almost £500 and paid for next day delivery £10. One item was too big. Have to pay to return it. No answer on the phone contact number over 2 days at the Liverpool one store.
Most designer brand stores like this, for example BASE. Fashion, offer free postage and their customer service is impressive, immediate online chat etc- this you would expect when purchasing high price designer items. Flannels.com have a lot to learn, I won't buy from them again.
Paid for next day delivery arrived 4/5 days later. Items that arrived came in used boxes and were marked spent £1400 so really annoyed. No number to call keep emailing no response back poor communication regarding delivery. Will not shop here again awful!

Make sure your items fit! £6.99 for delivery, £4.99 to return and another £6.99 to re order right size. To top it off, anything bought online you can't return or exchange in store… absolute joke.
They charge for delivery no matter the order size. They also charge for returns. I got a hat that did not fit me and I had to pay £15 just for the pleasure of trying it on! So outrageous and frustrating, I will never ever shop with them again.
Avoid this retailer if you can - overall horrible experience and despite my complaints customer service never responded to me. The goods also come in really bad condition - not ironed and not in original packaging. You're best off shopping with another site.
So I have bought lots in the past from Flannels and although customer service was never great I generally thought they were Premium brand! Well not at all! Yes shipping costs crazy but what is worst, if you return gets lost! I have proof of postage, tracking number, confirmation from Royal Mail that they will get the money back but Flannels just asks questions and now says it can take 40 days for my refund! Omg they won't let you return to store so I guess they make a healthy profit from declaring lost returns and customers not noticing they haven't received refunds! Pls pls report them to resolver and open cases, I did! Hopefully they will have someone looking at their policies!
Tried to return a faulty jacket that I had ordered for my son for Christmas it arrived with a pull right across the front of the jacket, I sent the jacket back for an exchange and days later received the same jacket in the post with a note saying no exchange but they offered me 10% discount on my next order!
I have been left with a coat that my son will not wear and out of pocket

I paid for next day delivery which arrived a day late, after 30 days and having to complain they eventually refunded this, but the min issue is that the trainers ordered at a value of £480 were in the package but the cleaning fluid worth £20 was not. The package did not look damaged so I assumed was an error on packaging, and contacted flannels immediately. I then have had template answers for a month whilst they investigated internally, eventually showing me the item being packaged at their end, and was told to basically take it up with whoever I want but nothing to do with them, as the couriers told them the order was delivered, so in effect accusing me of trying to commit fraud for £20 really?, They refuse to give me details of anyone internally to escalate to. Clearly reading the reviews on line this is not a one off with flannels, they need to look at a) their service levels and the training of their staff, b) their courier companies. Do better Flannels, put your customers first or you soon won't have any, we have a choice where to shop and I won't be shopping with you again, and I am sure reading these reviews you are losing many more customers.
Just went into Merthyr store, had sale items so went to till and expected me to pay full for them, told management and they said "sorry it happens to be a miss print" definitely 100% will never go back! Daylight robbery!
This company does not meet their shipping promises, and do not communicate to tell you that there is a problem. In my experience, an order that what placed with a guaranteed next day delivery was not fulfilled. Although there were two orders, I only received an email about one of the orders. I contacted them two days later and had to beg to cancel the order to get my money back, which will be refunded in 3-5 days. Terrible service.
Purchased what was advertised as a pair of shorts, when they arrived the item has sleepwear on the label. Emailed them but didn't really get a response. Now I'm having to pay to return them. Very poor
I will never order from this company again - they owe me over £200. It affected my family and Christmas last year. I placed an order then chose to return items, sent back the items (had to pay for the refund), chased it up for 6 months. Nothing. In the end I had to give up. I emailed approx. 8 times over the span of 6 months. Today as a last ditch attempt I contacted them again, but they closed the chat before the conversation had even reached a conclusion. Nobody helped. I kept proof of the return and asked for the receipt from the post office, sent them that, I sent the order number. Work in finance so may contact Trading Standards regarding the trading practice. I urge you not to order from this website or store. I used tracked postage but they did not send back my money, for whatever reason. Non-specific to Flannels, this is a common type of fraudulent/scamming business model. I have been so patient. Never had such a negative experience from a company in my life.
Error on their listing hence send wrong item, ask them to refund my postage as its their fault, they wouldn't even bother to check the problem and their reply was they can't help as i don't have a pic of the wrong item that i received.

Terrible service from Flannels. Miss selling at it highest. Black Friday deal states if you purchase £1000 worth of goods during their Black Friday offer period you get a £200 voucher back, £100 back If you spend £500. The website clearly states it can be over multiple orders. So I call to see why my voucher isn't working to be told they have made a mistake on their website and I cant Have the voucher! Complete case of miss selling of goods! How can the adviser say yes miss you are right but my manager said flannels website has made a mistake so you can't have it! Disgusting service! Won't be buying from there again.
Paid £1005. 00 for goods purchased in the store had to pay £10.00 for next day they did arrive but had no invoice or returns paperwork with one product so had to have them email to me then was horrified to find I had to pay to send one of the items back because did not fit... £11 it cost! Would not use them because do not give free delivery or returns especially when spending that amount of money!
Few problems with them.
1. I ordered pair of expensive shoes, one of them was looking like used, probably taken from store display.
2. Requested exchange, after few days, and some ridiculous conversations with their customer service Web Chat, I ve changed my mind, and requested refund (exchange was still not processed)
3. I am still waiting for refund (after 12 days of delivered return). No contact from Flannels.
4. While waiting for shoes, I was trying to order E Voucher Gift Cards for £700, for a gift for my wife. They kept cancelling my order, and were not able to explain why. Money was blocked for few days.
I don't recommend Flannels.
