They had a sweater I had been looking for from Burberry and I was so happy. I paid $1400 USD for 2 of them. Problem is, customs wouldn't release it for delivery unless I paid another $240 USD. They really screwed me with customs tax. I don't think I'll purchase again.
11th Day and been told by 2 different CS employees that it will take upto 30 days or 40 days for a reply to where my parcel is (even though we all know and have proof that its in your warehouse, This is FLANNELS recommeded courier company through there website (RM). Your employees can't even give a correct time scale as its all a SCAM to keep my money. Please read all the other 1 stars there all saying the same parcel has gone missing and no refunds when its not gone missing some one in your warehouse has stolen it or misplaced it and your customers are being held responsible for mistakes, did get a response this morning and have a guess what they said...rest assured we're investing the matter! What for 5 weeks
So the courier left my parcel in my porch but hey guess what I don't have a porch. See photos below! So.i loose my £86 that i paid for a parcel that I never got. Disgusting company lack of customer service is unreal. If you want to receive decent service AVOID SHOPPING WITH FLANNELS!
Avoid this company! My son purchased a jumper from FLANNELS online. After a couple of washes the jumper developed several faded patches and Mark's around the collar and cuffs. On reporting to FLANNELS they arranged it to be returned to check if it was a product fault. They responded within 2 days saying it was a washing error and therefore the ticket was closed and they couldn't help. I know I washed it correctly.
The Newcastle flannels store are selling shop soiled goods and passing them off as "brand new". Bought my wife a Gucci handbag for Christmas for over £1,600.00 GBP, my wife didn't want the shop display bag so the girl behind the counter ordered a "brand new" one online to be delivered to our home address. When opening the present on Christmas Day it turns out the bag we've received is a shop soiled ex display bag which is full of scuffs and scratches and the green looks dirty. On returning this bag to the Newcastle flannels store the girl told me that all these Gucci bags are in the same condition as they have been doing the rounds circulating since the store was called Cruz. The customer services department have washed there hands of me and my complaint.

Missing sunglasses from my order, flannels say they were scanned and packed, so they won't do anything to help, they clearly have thieves working for them.

Purchased from them long sleeve Palm Angels top and it was showing on a label MADE IN UE. I decided to check authentity of this item and sent pictures to this brand's customer services. I was very disappointed when they got in touch with me to confirm it is counterfeit product as their original tops have completely different labels.
I ordered a parcel the box for the sliders was damaged and the boxers I bought for 46£ was meant to have three pairs was wrapped in celotape as I opened it only had two pairs in which I got charged full price for what a joke never ordering from here again!
Ordered Balenciaga heels on 5/18/2022, shipped same day. They first shipped with DBD, then it was transferred to UPS and supposedly transferred yet again to USPS. UPS claimed they transferred it to USPS, and USPS claimed that they never received it! So where is it?! Delivery date was suppose to have been 5/25/2022. It's now 6/30/2022 and I never got my order. Both tracking #'s are still showing up as undelivered. I'm *******% sure someone within the mailing system stole my package. I was told by flannels that I had to wait up to 28 days for an investigation, 28 days come and went with still NO resolution and they're still beating around the bush for my refund! I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!
Sent clothes back flannels confirmed receipt over email then proceeded to only give me half the refund. Customer service non existent. Appear to be doing this to everyone total scam!

My husband bought me £400 pounds worth of boots and sadly being a man he got my size wrong we have turned up today to the Coventry store and they HAVE REFUSED TO EVEN SWAP FOR MY SIZE... Shocking to deal with, from top to bottom.
Faulty pair of D&G sneakers after only a few times worn, Flannels totally fobbed me off when I returned them with leather flaking off the heel (the member of staff at Spinningfields Store actually said to me 'is that it'!) so I had to go direct to D&G. Thankfully they acknowledged they where faulty and contacted Flannels to confirm this, then the real fun began!
Flannels terms state that if the products are over 30 days old the will not issue a refund under any circumstances, exchange/replacement only. But the cost of my sneakers had gone up by £100 and they refused to exchange them.
The really shocking bit is that it's taken 7 weeks to this point, and for almost 3 weeks now Flannels have my sneakers and I am chasing them daily for my money back.
Shocking customer service (non existent, they don't care about you once they have your money)
Refuse to accept the responsibility despite D&G confirming the item was faulty
Refuse to exchange the goods as stated in their own terms
Still not given me my refund, despite the above.
Shop elsewhere, John Lewis, Selfridges, whoever, all trade far more respectfully than these cowboys!
My friend sent me a link to Flannels showing big sales were on. Tommy Hilfiger's women trench caught my eye straightaway. The style and the length was just what I wanted. The original price was labeled £2300 and And the discount was huge at 90% off to £230. I never bought anything from this brand so had no idea on how much the trench coat normally costs. I placed the order and also paid £6.99 for postage.
I liked it and decided to keep it so cut the label off. Then I noticed the price on the label was £230 and it was the original price not the sale price. I felt like I was tricked into buying the product by a false big sale.
I wrote an email to complain about this mistake and received a reply simply saying that it was a mistake and I was not overcharged. They also advised me to return it if I was not happy. The problem is I was charged £6.99 postage and I also need to pay postage to return it. This means I have to pay for their mistakes.
I bought this product because I thought I paid £230 for something that was worth £2300. If I knew the original price was £230, I may have not bought it.
I would like to warn buyers that this company may use this method to trick you into buying their products. Be careful about this trick to ensure you don't experience the same thing as I did.
I have decided to keep it after reading so many reviews about their horrible experience of not getting refunds even they sent products back to Flannels.
Avoid Flannels and buy those big brands from other companies.

Ordered some swim shorts to store in size XL two weeks before my Husband's Birthday. Collected them from store, got home and opened them up to wrap them, size L!
Drove back to store the following day with all my paperwork proving the error was their, they said they would not exchange them, even though this was Flannels error, not mine. I spent 40 minutes on webchat/calls trying to get a return label. I eventually got one and returned them the same day. 5 days later I get an email confirmation that size L was on it's way to me! I called Flannels helpline: *******243 (I had to google that number as Jessica on webchat refused to give it to me) spoke to Shannon who said on their system a size L is showing as being ordered. I advised this was NOT correct and I offered to forward her the Flannels emails and invoice confirming I ordered a size XL, she declined. I asked for Flannels to at least post the correct item Next Day Delivery so I could get it to my husband in time for his Birthday, no, they sent the item back to store! Shannon can't confirm if it is the correct size or when it will arrive. Requested compensation for my time, travel, calls, parking etc - Shannon only offered me 10% of my NEXT order. I won't be ordering again. Ever.

Flannels used to have bad reviews in the past years which have refrained me from buying anything of them. Unfortunately for me, I broke this rule and paid the consequences full on. I purchased roughly a week ago a designer handbag on their site. When I checked my email, I noticed the order had been cancelled. So I placed it again. Checked my email again, and again the order had been cancelled. I spent the whole day trying to re-purchase that handbag, but I was given a security error. I wrote in the evening to CS and the team who looks after online purchases, and they replied to me the following day saying if I wanted to purchase the bag I had to pay it full price (the day before was discount of 700 pounds). The most ridiculous excuse to cancel my orders was that I had used two different address for billing/shipping. It comes without saying this is NOT true. The worse thing is that they did hold the money from the two transactions, and this was over 3000 pounds for few days. My husband's bank account went to overdraft, I did explain this to them, I emailed them to sort out the situation, they are so rubbish that did not ever bother replying back to me. For sure, they will never see me, my family again. This is not the way you do treat customers. FLANNELS do not bother trying to reply back to this review and try to sort things out, it's too late now. I will not respond. I only want to make other customers aware of what they could face.
After 4 days after ordee no order confirmation, no shipping. When on my account is written payment pending. Customer care ABSOLUTE DISASTER- no answer only questions after question! I will contact my lawyer because PAYPAL WASNT AVAILABLE ONLY BANK TRANSFER. Don't know how to get my money back
BEWARE WHEN USING VOUCHER CODE
Terrible customer service! After begging to speak with a manager for two days I still get told this is not possible. Please make sure you do not add to order when using voucher code, ie bigger size as they will charge your card and not deduct voucher value. This is a genuine case and I feel like I have been scammed. After being a loyal customer to Flannels for over 20 years I will never use them again!
