I bought a Fit Bracelet from this company and as far as I can see it is a piece of junk. It looks like you need a smart phone or blue tooth on your computer. I had a friend here the other night who knows a lot about computers and he could not get it to download so apparently I have bought a useless piece of junk. Not happy with this purchase at all and I guess I am just out the amount of money I paid for it,.
Purchased a piece of junk and they will not respond. Have contacted my bank to have the sale reversed. My band worked spasmodically for three days and no longer charges. I suggest to anyone having a problem drown them in paper work and ask your bank to reverse the charge.

Too funny how they deleted my post on Facebook! Moms/dads, do not buy from Fit Shop Pro! The idea of this GPS tracker watch is to ensure your child is safe and at the right location but my tracker was faulty. Their recommendations did not solve the problem. The lack of response time did not help either. After 3 weeks of showing the wrong location of my child's whereabouts (had it for only 3 weeks, was faulty the moment I activated it); all I asked for was an exchange or a product that worked! They could not honour a return, exchange or credit due to the sale price which by the way is always on sale. Here's the kicker, their last response is to give it to someone as a gift. To give a faulty product to someone is ridiculous, I'm still fuming from this response! As a consumer I have the right to advise others of this and from the direction of my credit card company I will continue to do so especially when it's a product catered to the safety of our kids! If this product worked, or a solution was provided. I would be your #1 advocate.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought my tracker. I received my tracker and found out it didn't not track my sleep and steps were not accurate. Contacted them to return it for a refund and they let me know what I needed to do. I did what they requested then I was told because it was on sale I could not return or exchange the product. What kind of company does sells an inferior product then won't let you return it? The kind that is in the business of ripping people off! How convenient you can't write reviews on their website either! I did share their page on my FB feed with my review. So disgusted!

Shipping is between 1 week to 1.5 month! It was not obvious when I placed my order (deceiving). I found about it when I have to research their FAQ. Upon finding out, I have contacted them within 2 hours. I received an email 22 minutes later stating I will be charged $4.95 for cancellation fee for refund system transactions.

I asked them to fix my address and they sent it to the wrong address twice. I still have not received the product and they make sure they take your money but will not refund it. So you loose your money and don't get the product. What a ripoff.

I recently wrote in 2 times to this company about a watch they sent me that broke in the first day. The watch was $50+ dollars. They said it was a final sale. I didn't know I was buying a broken piece of crap product and I have been taken advantage of. Just giving a heads up and a warning that this company does not care about their product only the money. I bought two GPS kids tracker watches and spent $60 is SIM cards, at their urging, and have wasted $200. I bought two "trackers" and six SIM cards with three different carriers. They lack not only integrity, but completely fail to stand behind their products. If you want to waste your money, get screwed around and mislead, this is the joke for you. Otherwise, keep your distance and save your funds. Horrible business relations!

I bought the kids GPS watch and purchased a plan from ATnT since they are a preferred carrier. Little did I know the 2G network is about to not exist which explains why I couldn't get a signal at all. Have spent over a week trying to get a return address so I can send the product back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 GPS kids tracking watches. It took more than a month to get here. After getting the sim cards and proper data packages, I still can't get the watches to connect to the Internet. I have sent the sms (codes) as suggested but it still won't work. You can't talk to anyone and the helpdesk is everything but helpful. I have spent 2 days now on this. I have emailed the helpdesk at least 5 times, but they are useless. And I can't freaking talk to someone live either. Plus, one of the watch did not look new at all. It was dirty, the plastic was off and one of the screw is strip.

I fell victim to buying a fitness band of my very own so that I wasn't borrowing my friends spare one. Well I waited weeks on end and once received I charged it up and well, it doesn't calculate calories, it doesn't give a correct heart rate reading, especially after a cardio session, doesn't light up with a flick of your wrist as stated, it's just cheap nasty $#*!! I'm communicating with them daily as I won't let up until I get my money back! I'm also going to be calling consumer protection. I've kept all my receipts etc. Now that I want to go purchase a legit Fitbit my hubby is now hesitant about it. Thanks for nothing fit shop pro. I ordered the gps watch for kids. I did receive it, even though it seems most people did not. I was excited when I ordered it, but very disappointed when I finally received it. They found every reason in the book to not return it. It is cheap and I would be terrified to even trust it on my son. This compant is a scam and please don't fall victim. Girlfriend is getting into the healthy lifestyle and she wanted two of these. One for her and I.
It was $95 all paid so I figured what the hell. Well, the entire process was exactly that; Hell.
After ordering I get a tracking number informing me they watches are coming from Singapore. Considering this company is based in Quebec, Canada it seemed weird but I figured it's just another small company that is selling direct from manufacturer and doesn't actually have "stock."
Well 3 days later it hits the Canadian border (live in Canada) and everyone knows Canada Post doesn't track international parcels anymore. Cool. Figure it might get held up in customs, give it three weeks and we should see it. Well, 2 months pass and nothing.
So I contacted them on their website requesting a refund as we never received the product. I'm not big on wasting time working through solutions. I'm a consumer. The entire manufacturing and shipping deal isn't my problem. I get an automated e-mail back saying it was forwarded to their customer care department. I check my email periodically and nothing. At the same time my girlfriend messaged them on their facebook page and their solution was to send two more "better" watches as compensation and that I should be receiving an e-mail shortly with a tracking number. Again, two weeks pass and nothing.
At this point I still don't care about the reasoning, I just want my money back. I decided to message them on their facebook. I sent a detailed message explaining everything and providing the order confirmation number and original tracking. At this point I demand a refund. They didn't respond. That's not to say they never got it because periodically you'd see they came online, but no one responded.
Later that day (yesterday) I get an e-mail with a new tracking number. Today we got two better watches in the mail. They were sent from Quebec this time.
What ticks me off the most? If the option to ship right from where you're located is there, why the hell did my order get shipped from Singapore? That's what ticked me off from the whole ordeal. Before that I was impartial to the whole ordeal, figuring it was an issue on their end or with Canada Post being absolute garbage.
Either way, regardless of the outcome, I will never order from them again.
