I have ordered a heart monitor wrist band from this company in December 2016. Still have not received it. Tried to contact company numerous times through email as there is no number and no response. Asked to have my money refunded and no response. I will be placing a complaint with BBB and calling my credit card company. Do not order from this company as it is a scam.
Placed an order 3 months ago, I have not received. No phone number to call. And endless emails to get my money back. Just a run around, They haven't refunded my order and order is not being delivered. Calling BBB this week. If you don't wish to lose your money, I would not order again. These items can be purchased through a legitimate source.

I have an outstanding order from 5 months ago to the value $160. I have sent countless emails and all I get are automated responses. The Tracking number no longer works but the last time it indicated the the goods had left China
I'm still waiting for a response. These Fitbits were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my grand daughters. That is Christmas 2016!

Surprise when first received. Luxury package and quality brand. The band is very soft and comfortable. My hobby is swimming. And I need a water-resistant watch which can help me to control the time. This watch did a good job. Several times of swimming it still works fine. That is why I giving 5 star for this.

On January 11 I was asked to wait another 15 days. I advised them 3 time over the next 2 weeks that I wanted my money back. On January 29 I filed a dispute with the credit card company who promptly refunded my purchase pending their contact with the retailer. The dispute department was informed by the seller that they have shipped another item to me and they the seller informed me of this. I let the credit card dispute department know - I haven't received communication since I asked for a refund on January 11th. I forwarded the entire thread of emails that I have received... I'm really thinking these guys stall and stall until the 100 day credit card dispute window runs out.
Also - those two 5 start reviews...-are they really legit?

I see all the other reviews and it sounds just like what happened to me! You should call your bank and dispute it! These people should not be getting a dime! I bought 3 gps watches for my kids back on November 26 and spent over $100 and I never received the order. I didn't think it was a scam because they would respond to my emails but would just say sorry about the delays and tell me to track my package which I did and it was in transit and hasn't moved since dec 5th! Its sad there are people like this that steal people's money!

I was doubtful about buying these because I have never had items like this in the past that worked. But these were perfect for my yoga sessions and now I even use them to walk around the house in. High quality, well made, Very comfort and at a great price for four. I've paid this much for a single pair before. I highly recommend these.
So far, I love this watch! The large screen, the big font, the fact that the NUMBERS light up instead of the whole screen. It's lightweight, has great adjustabliity, and feels pretty solid for being entirely plastic. At $39, it was an awesome purchase. The ONLY issue is the vertical viewing angles. Love this suit! It Definitely runs small. The material is comfortable and thick which is a good thing with swimming suits. The design is nice and looks just like the picture. No threads were out of place or broken- good quality!

I was so stupid I ordered three watches from him one didn't receive it but decided order two more. How dumb can you get ordered the first week in December it is now the last week in January I haven't got nothing. Now the fight to try to get my money back. This company is A Rip Off. I placed my order for a kids smart watch on December 8,2016 it is now January 27,2017 and I still have not received any watch nor can you speak to a person. My tracking info. Has not changed since the 15th of December I have emailed multiple times and I get the same response every time I just hope the next person who thinks about ordering from this company reads the reviews first so they don't get ripped off also. They take your money and never deliver its a shame

I ordered the product November 26th. The excuses include: Christmas, Customs holding up packages in Vancouver or Los Angeles (depending on your country), most recent excuse was shipping delays delays from Singapore due to Chinese New Year.

I ordered the Smart Band on 12/5, they took my money, sent me an email saying it had shipped on 12/9, but still not delivered as of 1/23. I have no way of tracking it... keeps saying it's In Transit but last update was 12/12 that it was in China. How can they get by with this? Is there anyway to stop them from doing this to other innocent people? If you're thinking of buying from them... DON'T. Also, I put this same message on their FB page and they deleted it.

This company is located in China. I order a tapesery from them thinking it is something of good quality but it turned up to be nothing but a piece of poooooor polyester and came from China as the address on the envolope indicated. Do not order anything from this company... bad bad bad bad bad!
