Ordered 11/26 (2) watches that I'm pretty sure will never arrive. No update to the tracking since 12/5 and they keep telling me to track it. This company and order is a joke. Should have stuck to Amazon and not followed link the wife sent. I also should have read reviews like these. They will not issue a refund.
I ordered in november 2nd it is now january 20th and i have still not received anything. The tracking information provided states the product is at the airport in china. I keep sending emails and get the goods are on route track your package here. This us a scam do not order anything from this site

These idiots are the biggest scammers ever!... We ordered 2 watches on 13th November 2016 and the parcel never arrived... Only a lot of empty promises... Bunch of thieves! As soon as you report them and place comments on Facebook they send you another crap mail saying ooh send your order number so we can help you... bull$#*!! They block you as soon as you complain... Why does Facebook not close site down if you guys know they are stealing from the public

I ordered a wrist band as s gift fir my granddaughter and within the hour discovered my daughter had already purchased one. Tried to cancel the order and was told already packed and could not cancel. If only the wrist band and delivery had been as prompt as the so called packing. Now they are telling me I can not return as was a sake item. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The vendor claims that they are Canada based which is great, but if you receive an invoice and you have given them your credit card information, then send an email back indicating that due to unreturned calls, unability to get a reply back, lack of customer support and no other live voice agents to talk to regarding shipments, you will cancel the order. Call your credit card company, tell them whats occurred and get them to reverse the charge, even if you have to wait 30 days for the money to be credited. I got scammed. There is no way that my item was stuck at Beijing Airport via their parcel tracking system for 3 weeks. No matter what, if there is no delivery date on your invoice, but they are Canadian based, then they should be responsible enough to maintain good customer relations in advising why is was taking so long. If they are a reputable vendor, then they will reply within reasonable timeframes and with answers. Not that you have to chase down the product yourself. If the vendor does not have items ordered inline in stock within Canada or from wherever you order, they are bound to notify the customer of this and advise that shipping would take longer. I found out the hard way about this vendor and I went through my credit card company to seek my money cause all their numbers were dead ends. That there was very upsetting after having placed an order November 30 in hopes to get it in time for Christmas. To date it had not shown up so do yourself a favor, do not order through this company.

I had ordered a GPS watch for my daughter in November 2016 and still today, January 11th 2017 have not received it. The company has not responded to my emails and of course there is no contact phone number. I am assuming I have been scammed by this company and will further investigate this issue.

BUYERS BEWARE: I purchased 3 fitband for my grandchildrens a few months before Christmas, trying to be the proactive grandma that I am, and only to have my grandchildren without a working present at Christmas. Since I bought these watches for Christmas I did not open them or try them until I gave them to my grandchildren. Christmas morning my grandkids were excited to try their new watches out only to be filled with disappointment that the watches do not even charge. I have contacted the company several times to be left with a dead end. They will not respond to my emails, except with an automatic response that says someone will contact you in 24 hours and no one does. Also, there is no information in regards to a phone number to call to actually talk to a real person. I am in the middle of a dispute case with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back so I can get my grandchildren something new. Please do not waste your time or money on this product or website that is a scam.

I guess we just bought a 39 dollar piece of junk, I just googled your company and read the reviews and am not surprised that out of 34 reviews about this company 32 said you are a scam, well chalk up another person they scammed 39 dollars out of. To me it is not worth it fighting with them, my time is worth a lot more then that. Good luck with the next person they money out of but I will make sure I warn as many people as I can about them. Once you order you get no answers out of them. From the reviews it sounds like it you are lucky (or unlucky!) enough to get the product it is worthless anyway! If you are having problems with this company please contact your states better business or consumer affairs department. These people have to be stopped.

This device keeps un syncing to my phone and it had tracked me doing 467 steps when I hasn't even left my couch... I was setting it up... and I received it as a gift so clearly it was over the 7 day return policy. I've contacted the company but still have not heard anything. The band also does not stay on and it's bulky.

After 4 weeks of waiting I contacted their customer service and all they could do was send me a link to track the package. I had that and there has been no movement since Dec 4th. When I stated this was for a Christmas gift all they could say was "we will forward your concerns to management". Still nothing. I'm reporting this to the credit card company as fraudulent.

5 hours after sending a email saying I want to cancel the order I placed after finally seeing these reviews because of course there's nothing else on the web. They had the audacity to send an email saying the order had been processed and shipped. How so when 6 hours prior I had told you I wanted to cancel the order. Of course they are now giving me the runaround of getting my money back. I have contacted my bank in started a dispute against the charges. This is a scam! Do not buy from here run far away. I made the mistake of purchasing and even though I tried to cancel within less than 6 hours I have the worst headache of my life right now with these people.
