FitShopPro is a scam. They responded to my negative post (damaged merchandise received after 2.5 months) and said please contact us for an immediate resolution but that's a lie - I clearly explained that I did contact customer service several times and they ignored me. I tried contacting FitShopPro on Facebook and left a negative comment so they promptly blocked me. They got my money and apparently that's enough. Dealeaz or FitshopPro, feel free to respond to any of my numerous messages and posts online or e-mail me directly: *******@yahoo.com.
You pretend to offer resolution but I think you're full of $#*!. Until you resolve my issue I will continue to badmouth you to everyone so someone else doesn't fall victim to your scam. Should you actually reach out and provide me real customer service, perhaps I'll change my tune.

Unless it's windy, the lounger is very difficult to fill completely. Other than that, it works great, in water, sand, asphalt, everywhere.

Love this product! WORKS well great value for the price. It has an app that links your phone track colories burned, steps, distance and sleep. Was going to buy a fitbit trying to get in shape. I have three year old and when i buy something she wants one too at this price. I got one for both of us

I would like to tell you that your M1 DayFit 2.0 Heart Rate Fitness Smartband - by EPIKTEC - Light Blue for $49 each does NOT stand up to daily wear.
I work in an office and wear the bracelet daily. I purchased this Hear Rate Fitness Smartband on October 28,2016. The band today does not record, steps or sleep and most times I cannot even get the band to show me the time It is not even 6 months old!
I am not a satisfied customer and I will think before I would purchase anything else from your company.

I ordered a black polka dot yoga mat bag, and three weeks later, received a hideous reddish-brown one where the dye bled into the white polka dots with black straps and a foul chemical odor. I was going to try to send it back, but the reviews here have convinced me to cut my losses. It's straight off to the thrift store with this dud. Maybe it'll find a good home.

We ordered fitness watch from their web site. Stated they are Australian co and all purchases in Aus$. Well they are an overseas Chinese company. Aus $ became US $ at much more than we ordered, what a rip off. We complained and asked for many back. They said no as goods had been shipped. They weren't shipped until much, much, much, much later. They sell you in Aus $ and then charge you at their US exchange rate of their choosing which inflates your end sale price. Their tracing system is slower than the ice bergs leaving South Pole. STAY WELL AWAY... Typical deceitful Chinese company. Goods arrived a month after ordering... what a lot of crap and happy to tell everyone about their crappy business procedure because they don't have any procedure at all, other than ha ha we have your money!

Not able to track my order, no response from emails inquiring where my fitpro watch is, no number to call, read the rest of the reviews, there are mock 'good reviews'... now I need to try get a mc refund, what a bummer, I've been watching for my fitpro watch for 3 months NO SHOW... watch finally arrived, later than projected arrival date and still no response from customer service regarding my requests to find out why the tracking number wasn't working and why delivery was taking so long. Let's see if it works!

I received a fitbit which broke immediately, I then requested a refund which they ignored saying they had already processed a new one to be shipped. Four weeks later, I am still waiting for a replacement, although I don't want one, and would prefer a refund. Their customer service is appalling, taking as long as two weeks for a reply. Save your money, do not purchase from these people

I ordered a smart watch for my grandson for his birthday. That's all he asked for. It took 2 months to receive my order. Not only did he get his present late, but the stupid thing didn't work. My grandson was very disappointed. I emailed them several times, because that's the only way to get in touch with them, there's no phone number, and no responce. I guess I'm out $77.00 and that hurts because I'm disabled and on a fixed income. I will never order from this company again.

Hi, I bought and received the Original Qs50 Smart Bracelet Smartband Heart Rate Monitor Sleep Tracker Smart Wristband. I does not work! I wrote to you and to Amazon and they want me to send a video which I did but of course it keeps coming back undeliverable. There is no way to contact the company the company itself. I paid a lot of money for a watch that does not work. I am extremely disappointed. I tried sending the receipt to prove that I bought and received the broken watch but it keeps coming back undelivered again. I will never order from your company again.

My first smart watch. I am very happy with this purchase. This is a great watch! Tells time, receives notices from my phone and once I got use to wearing it, very comfortable. Granted the device runs on a proprietary interface, but once you get use to it, it is very easy to use.
