Its been a whole ordeal. As of today you guys have come to the conclusion that the vendor who you ordered from messed up on shipping a complete set of 4 tires once I sent a video that all I received was 2 tires. Customer service has been grossly criminal until Joey came in contact to rectify the situation. Unfortunately as of today I have acquired 1 additional tire so Im still short 1 more. To no fault of your facility but your association with the distributor still makes you responsible. Joey has been a God send but 3-5 month hassle and they still keep dealing with this incompetent vendor should embarrassing. Hopefully today I should see my last tire arrive but I have my reservations. I have mixed feelings due to the fact that I was told that this usually doesn't happen but evidently I shouldnt press my luck. I was advised to avoid this in the future by ordering products they physically have in stock which is a weird sales pitch to redeem yourself with.
Great experience from start to finish for the most part. Did have a slight issue with the wheel balancing part of the process. The amount of wheel weights that were physically placed on the wheels did not match up with the quantity that showed as being needed on the Hunter balancing sheet that was included. Ultimately had to take the wheels and tires to a local import tuning shop to have them properly balanced. Other than that, was incredibly happy with the experience.

I ordered a set of rims and tires for my vehicle and they had an est delivery was 11/27, now its 1/9 and no updates, no progress on my order and lacking responses from email.

Please note that at no point do we control production timelines of product as this is directly related the the product manufacturer. These guys are too happy to get your money then ship it and after it is shipped, they inform you that your order is not complete and if you send it back they are going to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee! Great way for them to scam you out of 20% of your purchase price! Buyer Beware, and also pay with Paypal they (Fitment Industries) can't scam you then

In almost all cases, this fee would be applicable only because we are charged that fee when returning a product to a manufacturer. The ordering process was simple and easy and took some guesswork out. They asked the right questions to ensure my setup would be complete and ready to go on my car. The wheels and tires were packed securely and everything went as planned, they even arrived early!

I'll probably end up throwing my Stock wheels back on and let these sit until I can come to grips with coughing up cash for another set of tires that actually give a good fitment (I basically have no sidewall).
Chris - it sounds like this order may have been placed without the help of our sales reps who help customers to get the exact setup they are looking for. The reason we allow for what sounds like is a stretched setup is because we have tons of enthusiasts as customers who push their vehicles to the limit in every way possible and we pride ourselves in not limiting their abilities to customize their build as much as possible so when an order comes through that was placed without our help we process it as it says on the order. I'm a Canadian trying to order online thought FI, a new set of 20-in alloys and tries for my newly delivery of 2021 C8 Corvette convertible. Consult with their salesman from FI, I totally believe for what they suggested in sizes on my car, eventually order on May which spend around 5800 CAD... took over 2 months for FI to ship out my order. Finally by August I received my order and paid 600ish for custom. Found out that the rim size for my front are not fitted on my C8, was told my machine shop when install... took them off, call FI for refund, after numbers of emails exchanged, ( they won't let me talk to the original salesman, Anthony) their customer service department will only reply me with email and saying it is total my own responsibility if the product I order doesn't fitted. They will charge me on all the charges l ii me restock fee, unmounted fee... Totally awful experiment.

My wheels and tires arrived on time and were well protected. They were already balanced and mounted so all I had to do was put them on my car they were ready to go. I highly recommend Fitment Industries to anyone who's looking for wheels and tires. Their car gallery also made it really easy for me to see what wheels and tires looked best on my car.

I'm excited to fit new wheel and tire on my cooper but I have to wait for the hub centric rings to come in. I ordered the wrong size when I posted my Fitment order and I do not feel safe driving with out them. Plus I'm still adjusting the new coilovers. I did put one of the wheel on with out ring just to see the look and I'm very happy with results. This arrangement of wheel tire and offset could not have been done by the local "by the oem book" tire guys. Thanks Fitment.
I looked on the local Les Schwab web site to see what they had for sale for my car. The choices were Gloss black, Flat black, chrome and aluminum finishes, that's it.

Spent over 2700 and had lots of problems and $#*! products and they would not help fix any problems and would not send new product to replace faulty items that were sent to me... save your money go thru tire rack

Great information on all wheels and tires. Easy to select the correct sizes I need. Love that you mount and balance onsite and ship ready to install.
Would be nice to have a portion of your site dedicated to STOCK sizes so the customer can better determine best options for upgrade.
Would be nice to have a tire size / wheel size calculator showing how different sizes will effect the fitment. https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/ is a good site for that.
Would be nice to have notes notes or options about needing hub centric rings for purchases.
Lucky for me this is not my first rodeo so I knew how to figure out all this information and order the correct setup.

I was having minor issues with my order and discounts on the site, so I called and spoke with Andy and he was AWESOME... everything was handled immediately and I received my entire order ahead of estimated time... tracking was perfect.

Take too long to be delivered, shipping not free in Canada. Additional payment for custom tax. Ordered lug nuts together with the rims, says the rims is the one on backorder, but when the rims came the lug nuts was not with it and will take another waiting for not sure how long. Already the lug nuts 1 of the four rims also have a small chipped.

Thank Fitment Industries for your help in getting my needs taken care of because I am particular about my car and I want it to look good. Some shops will sell you anything and you have to pay the price for the extras, not here! Madison has taken the time to make sure that the wheels I wanted were the exact fit and nothing extra I have to do to make them fit. I bought wheels, tires and a set of coilovers all at once from these guys. Everything came in and look awesome. I got my coilovers on and went to install the wheels and realized they shipped me the wrong lugs. So I contacted them, they shipped out another set of the wrong lugs. After telling them what I needed it only took them 2 more tries to get it right, now I have 20 right lugs and 60 wrong ones. Then I got a shipping charge from fedex and emailed them about it. They keep telling me it's "being disputed" yet I keep receiving collection letters. And the final thing is the wheels were not properly balanced so now I have to take more of my money and get that fixed even though it says free mount and balance. Customer service is great but there are some things that they need to fix.
