Horrible company, don't order through them, shop local!
I ordered wheels from them and took a month to get here, fine. It was a wheel and tire package with black lug nuts and a new set of tpms sensors for my mustang. The wheels got to me on a Friday and were installed by myself the same day. The car stayed parked over the weekend and was driving the following Monday. I have to go to work very early, 4 am ish is when i leave the house. I have a 35 mile drive to work. Not 10 miles into the highway the right front passenger wheel explodes almost causing an accident. Had to call a tow truck and be taken home. I had to miss the work because i needed to resolve this issue, i practically had no car. I had to spend $1000+ on new wheels since i did not trust the tires that came with the package anymore. On top of this sudden expense, fitment industries also forgot to install one tpms sensor. I had to install my old ones.
To review. The tires were bad, did not trust the brand and the tires that were on my car and i was missing a tpms sensor. The whole ordeal was stressful, had to miss work, loss of wages and i was now missing part of my order.
I did not want the product i had purchase anymore. Too many problems, too many headaches, too much money out of my pocket to fix their mistakes and back products.
I contacted the company and to make the story short, their policy is that once the wheels are on the car, they will not take them back. No matter what. The tires could be bad, the wheels dont fit, it doesnt matter.
Now that doesnt seem fair now does it. The lady who helped me was nice and helpful but was bound by her horrible company's policies. I do not blame her she was great.
Ruben - We are really sorry to see that you had issues regarding your wheel/tire package. We clearly understand the overall worry in a tire or wheel failing, and the subsequent problem of having to replace said product to resolve that issue. To be clear, we do not physically manufacturer those tires that you purchased. With that, if a tire fail (presumably because of a manufacturer defect), we would then need to get in touch with the manufacturer responsible for making those tires so that they can properly address any defect that originated from there warehouse. Moreover, it's also possible that a tire failed due to a road hazard, or something along those lines that would not be within our control, or the manufacturers. Regardless of the circumstances, we pride ourselves in doing whatever we can to put the importance of our customers happiness as a priority. We're always willing to help within reason, so please continue to work with our customer service team if you already haven't as we can very likely come to some sort of amicable resolution on these matters. I found Fitment Industries website super easy to navigate along with the gallary of other people cars helped me a lot in deciding what rims i wanted for my car. On top of that, the estimated delivery date was roughly 2-3 months if I remember right and I got my rims in 2 weeks. Great experience overall.

I ordered my wheels and tires for my nissan hardbody from Fitment because their sister company Custom Offsets didn't have my preferred wheel for my truck. I had to put it down as a 240sx, and they contacted me about the lug pattern being different, which is good. It means they are paying attention and care.
However. A couple days after I placed my order, while the tracker said processing and the wheels were most definitely not ordered yet from the manufacturer, I noticed I had ordered 16s when I originally wanted 17s. I was still going to be charged the restock fee for changing my order this early in the process, and even though the wheel and tire combo I picked was around $200 less, that seemed like it wasnt going to be applied. Customer service broke down as soon as there was a complication.
Overall I would suggest more vehicles be added to the options to choose from, or dont make it a required field when ordereing. Also to the consumer, make triple sure you order exactly what you want because after you hit the purchase button the experience goes downhill fast.

I ordered some Shift Piston wheels from Fitment Industries earlier this year. They were on back order, and took almost 3 months to arrive to me. They looked great upon arrival and installation back in April. Now, only 3 months later, I've noticed the clear coat is peeling on the wheels and I don't use anything but soap and water to clean them, weekly, like I do all of our vehicles. This should be covered under some type of warranty. I submitted a warranty claim to FI and they supposedly send it to the manufacturer. Their response is that the manufacturer declined my request because of inconsistent cleaning practices. Fitment Industries says they can't do anything about it. I'm going to fight both companies on this tooth and nail, but I highly recommend going elsewhere for your wheels and tires.
William - We completely understand your frustration given the clearcoat peeling on those wheels. However, we also do not physically manufacturer those wheels. With that being the case, we are obligated to go back to the manufacturer responsible for making those wheels, as that would possibly be a manufacturer defect. It would be on that manufacturer to properly resolve those issues. Ultimately, what's most important to us is your happiness as a customer of ours, and we're willing to take these situations on a case by case basis. This company held my money for 6 months for a product that was never going to come in. Terrible experience, waste of time and money. To preface the review, all orders were on a potential 4-8 week backorder, which is fine. But I ordered a set of wheels and was VERY SPECIFIC on what I wanted, back in Jan 2022. In June I reached out again and wanted a real timeline of when I was going to get my wheels because it had been 5 months of only autogenerated "backorder emails". I personally reached out to the manufacturer to find out the wheels in the color I ordered were not even an option and they were never going to manufacture the wheels in the color I ordered. So this is when I get frustrated and reach back out to fitment industries to receive an email stating that they need to talk with the manufacturer to see "what is happening with my wheels" as if I was lying about reaching out to them and their status. So I do what any sensible person would do and ask for a refund. Only to have to email them again 7/21 to find out why I haven't received the money yet for my refund. 7/22 support emails back and says that I need to have a talk with my financial institution to find out what the issue is because it looks good on their end. 10:34 am is when I received the email to question my bank, and my bank tells me that the funds were received at 10:36 am. Coincidence? Not even remotely.

Easy experience. Only thing I didn't love was calling in and talking to a sales rep. They assured me 100% that a 45mm offset would not rub on my car with the stock suspension and it just wasn't 100% at all based on numerous reviews on forums. I bought the 50mm offset so it's not like I suffered that consequence, and I guess we'll never know for sure. But it seemed to me like the guy was just eager to get the sale and not invested on the fit as much as I was. Glad I did my research. Everything from there on was 100%.

I'm glad I found fitment industries. Every other company quoted me 3-4 months delivery time and didn't have what I wanted in stock. Fitment industries quoted me about 2 weeks and it was on point! I actually ended up cancelling my order with a different company when I saw Fitment had what I wanted already at the warehouse and shipping was way quicker. I'm very pleased with the product thank you!
