In my opinion fitment industries has the best website for purchasing rims and tires. Had been looking around and after months of looking into other companies none has the simplicity and the pictures of cars with the fitment on them as good as fitment industries.

Though my wheels were backordered for over 6 months, the staff were very transparent about what to expect, and after a out of stock on the tires I picked, they were quick and willing to correct it. The wheels and tires arrived wonderfully packaged. Thank you again!

I know when it comes to delivery it wasn't your fault. It was a HASSLE to get a hang of roadrunners customer service when fitment industries would reach back immediately.
Update- Joey a rep from FI reached out to be more engaged and ask questions regarding this matter. When it comes to customer service with fitment industries I was already happy with the help and knowledge they provided. But then Joey made my overall experience a lot better because he took his time to listen to a customers voice. Experiences like that is what makes a customer want to purchase from you guys again. However even if my experience with the delivering carrier wasnt the best. I more then satisfied with FI's customer service and overall experience with them. I don't want other customers to experience the same thing I went through.

I've had a small problem and left a review and the very next day not even respecting an response I've received an email from customer service offering to help me and resolved my issue.

After ordering a set of coilovers and receiving the wrong set, then the hassle to get my money back, I flet slighted. But Fitment industries contacted me directly to resolve the issue and turn around my experience. Initially I felt like this company was just another company that didn't care about the experience of its customers but after fitment reached out to me i now see they not only care about maintaining a good reputation but their customers as well. Will definitely return for more products in the future.
