Once I placed my order, Fitment Industries kept me up to date while they prepared and shipped my order. One concern was that when these wheels and tires were delivered, I received no notification and had no idea that my wheels and tires were sitting out in front of my garage for all the world to see. All of the boxes came in ripped and damaged. All of my wheels had scuff marks along the rim. Just wish it could've been more taken care of.

Response was quick. Orders were put out with the highest priority. Prices unmatched. Just overall out did yourselves. If only y'all had the wheels I wanted then I probably just would've gotten the whole set from y'all. I've been scouting since but was only able to pull the trigger recently. My experience overall was great. My order shipped a lot faster then I expected. The order was on backorder so I was shocked. I switched my original order for something else and I was helped via email. The response was quick and they switched my order no problem.

The website has it's issues here and there as well as the inconsistency in the delivery process. Ordering wasn't bad, just a few items were out of stock but were not labeled as such until I had received an email hours after my order. When my order did arrive the tracking was off and the products were carelessly placed in my driveway(not FI's fault but still) and no signature required, no knock at the door, nothing.

I ordered one rim due to damage on one of my wheels. I told the rep I needed ASAP delivery for my product as I was heading on a road trip less than one week later. The order was shipped the next day, and arrived one day earlier than expected which helped me leave on time. I highly recommend using fitment industries for your next wheel purchase.

Sensors in tire did not pair up with my gr86 because they programed the sensors to 2020 86 rather than gr86. I brought the car to Toyota to reprogram the sensors but they couldn't do it so now I have to bring in the stock wheels and have them swap the sensors.
All FI had to do was tell me they couldn't properly program the sensors to the GR86 so then I would have canceled the sensors/tires and just ordered the wheels.
