I spent months looking at different sites, trying to pick out the best deal on the wheel I want from one site and tires from another. After all of the research, I realized that the extra $100-$200 spent on this set made up for itself in not having these mounted and balanced in town. Overall, very happy with my new setup and the time it took. My only gripe, they shipped on a 18-wheeler which could not make it into my neighborhood, so I had to pick them up myself a half mile away with my step dads truck. Not ideal

I received a paper on the package that confirms that the wheels were balanced but they were actually not balanced at all. I had to take them to get balanced and pay for that. Also I I didnt know I need hob rings for it, the website never said that I needed that.

Fast shipping, although the box was in shambles the coilovers were fine and the car drives and feels bette.

Using the calculators on the website was very helpful in helping me choose tire sizes to put on my vehicle with the wheels I wanted. The site is very easy to navigate and really organized I don't think I'll buy wheels and tires anywhere else!

The process was great, I was kept well informed through out the entire process and everything was packaged well. My wheels and tires had no damage and were ready to be equipped on my 335i!

I called to order tires and rims for an 1985 Rx7, thinking nobody nowadays even remembers these cars. Andrew gave me different tire/rim options according to my wants, pointed out pit falls to avoid for perfect fitment. The whole process took about 3 weeks... a week was indecision on my part but once i settled for what i wanted and placed the order i had my rims in 2 weeks. Great service on there behalf! Rims showed up at my house all bundled in heavy foam and beefy plastic wrap with no damage... happy camper here on my end!

Everything about the website I love! The many filters you can choose from to really narrow down your options. Most of all, the pictures of others cars allowed me to make my wheel selection easy. Im a visual person so the fact that I could see the wheels on a car was so awesome! They came in a very reasonable time and were packaged well! Would definitely recommend to all of my friends!

I would highly recommend Fitment Industries any type of car build! Placing the order was very simple and quick! They let me know right away that my wheel and tire package was being put together and shipped ASAP! Super awesome team and couldn't believe how fast it was shipped to my house! Oh and btw the wheels look super clean on my car! Thanks guy for all that yall do!

Great quick shipping and everything is all together

No issues with the website or the ordering process. However, once the first order was placed the issues began. The first issue was poorly communicated so I had to cancel the order. The company offered me a 50.00 discount because of their poor communication, which was acceptable and in good faith so I placed another order. This second order went well good communication and the order was processed quickly. The order was received and was packaged very well and I was extremely excited to open them. This is when I noticed one of the shells had damages to the lip. I contacted the customer service, they requested photos which were provided. The representative then advised they would need to speak with "higher ups" in order to provide a decision on how to handle this situation. I then received an email the next day advising they had already provided me a 50.00 discount (which was for the last issue not this one) so they are willing to reimburse up to 100.00 to have them repaired. So to recap purchased brand new wheels the company fails to process the order correctly they offer 50.00 to correct the issue. I place a new order then the send damaged wheels because of a failure of the QC department, they say "we already gave you 50.00, so you can have up to a 100.00 to fix new wheels that we sent out damaged". The 50.00 was for a completely different issue and 100.00 barely covers the dismounting and remounting let alone the actual cost of repairs. After a week of back and forth phone calls and emails, having to fight just to receive a quality product I was finally able to receive return labels. This company's customer service is HORRIBLE! Once they receive your money they no longer care about your satisfaction as a customer.
