I did alot of research for this TV and decided to use firstclasstvs.com. I read a ton of reviews about the TV and knew this was the one I wanted. I also read some discouraging reviews about this site but decided to give them a try and i am glad i did. The info on the TV was accurate, the price was great and the delivery process was very smooth and happened as promised. I would encourage anyone looking for a TV to look into these guys and not go solely on the reviews of some otherwise disgruntled individuals. Great experience!
I thought the TV was excellent and firstclassTVs was an excellent vendor to purchase from on Ebay. However I had several issues with AM home delivery, primarily how long it took to make a delivery. I purchased the TV on 5/4 but didn't receive it until 5/21. They also had scheduled a delivery at 9 AM to 1 PM on 5/22, but showed up late evening at 5/21.

Have no issues with the merchant,only with the delivery guy.he didnt call me at all,about delivery time.it was delivered 2 days prior to scheduled date.i only knew he was already at my door,when his face showed up on my RING app.had to rush home.for the tv itself,no issues encountered,as have only watched it twice,since ive received it,as it is one of my bedrooms. I usually watch the one on the living room.the price was fantastic,especially that it went up by ~ $300,few days post purchased.will do business again.thanks!

When contacted by First Class TV, we purchased add on on two person delivery service described as like white glove for 79.99. It was just two person delivery, unbox,plug it in and walked out. They were not allowed to do anything else. Not even to help hold on to the tv while I put the base on so it wouldn't immediately fall over, after unboxing.
I would buy from this seller again. I got a great price on a LG OLED TV. The TV was shipped promptly and arrived before the estimated delivery date. The TV is perfect and I could not be happier.

Posting said delivery by FedEx but after purchase, was changed to freight. Not a big deal since I still got it fast, but not exactly what I ordered.
Great price though.
From order to receipt of 65' LG OLED TV took only 5 days. We neglected to choose the 5 year warranty at time of checkout. We emailed them and they called us and set up the Warranty for us. We didn't hear from the warranty company, Firstclasstvs called them and followed up with us, The TV is great, we love it. Great customer service.
