First TV was damaged so they sent another one, which was in perfect condition (The box wasn't in the best shape, but whatever). The delivery service offered during the follow-up phone call isn't available in my town, but that money was refunded. I got the TV I paid for, and the customer service was good. Price was excellent, but it took about 3 weeks to actually get my TV. Long story short, if I'm not in a hurry, I'll buy my next TV from this seller again.
Everything was great except for the delivery. Took the day off to help the delivery guy move the tv to our second story walk up as wifey was very pregnant. Driver calls me down to help him deliver the tv which would've been both easier and faster. He takes out a dolly despite there being steps as we need to go up a small hill. To my shock he tilts it sideways and bangs the tv each step as he's going up. I was right there. I stopped him and took the tv so we could bring it up. Again, faster/easier. Terrible experience. When he finally puts it down, he puts it completely upside down when instructions specify not to while in box... He then doesn't bring it past the front stairway and watches me and my eight month pregnant wife carry it up the stairs. Instead of helping he's pushing for signature. Completely unprofessional.
Initial shipping label was generated, then not used, which caused confusion. Product came two days later than estimated. Product's great though!

Price was the cheapest I'd seen, had no issues ordering, TV came well-packaged, delivery arrived within the stated window. Someone did call to try and upsell me on some expensive warranty, but other than that, everything went as smooth as you could hope for. Would definitely buy from again next time I need a TV or similar appliance.
I was very satisfied with the delivery time. And the TV looks great. However, the white glove service was a scam. Before I bought it I asked if the service included connecting the TV to the existing components and David told me yes. That's largely why I bought it. They took upper box off the TV, kept it in lower box on the floor and plugged it in the nearby outlet. In and out in 5 minutes! Not what I thought I paid the $80 for! I emailed this concern to First Class TV cust. Service. Never got a response from anybody. That's why the 1-star rating.

Great experience with Firstclasstvs though the shipping company was a disaster. I told them on 4 separate occasions my availability to receive the TV and each time they sent me back the same time that did not work which meant I had to call them each time and tell them not to come on this day. Finally, they sent a new time which would work but they randomly showed up the night prior to the scheduled delivery time. I happened to be home so it worked out but otherwise no notice. Great company to buy from, horrible shipping company.
Drivers were speedy, friendly, did a quick unboxing and startup of TV.

The TV is fabulous, and I was really impressed with the price. However after waiting 2 1/2 weeks from time of purchase, it was disappointing that I had to email the local trucking company to schedule delivery, instead of them contacting me first. When I did get a response from them they refused to deliver on a day that I would be home. I gave them 4 possible weekdays over the next 2 weeks. I had to contact the seller to intervene and then one of my available days was no problem for them. Once we overcame that hurdle, I was happy that the driver brought the TV in the house, and plugged it in to be sure it was in working order. Grade A+ for the Seller, Grade B for the Trucking Company.
Tv was delivered as promised.

I chose Firstclasstvs because of price and ratings. Could have gone cheaper but assessed the risk of doing so as too high. Purchased my dream TV (LG OLED65E7) at a very good price. Delivery was great, the box was in good shape and TV was operational and easy to set up.
Buying over the Internet as opposed to brick and mortar is always a risk. What if the TV doesn't work? How would I get the situation resolved? Anyway, no risk no gain. Since the E8 is selling for $4000 with marginal improvement over the E7 I figure I saved $2000 including shipping, tax and setup.
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
Answer: Yes, you get a call after you order. I canceled the order, sounded like scammers.
