I was called hours after placing my order, being pitched a "mandatory" shipping insurance of $200. When I asked about the free shipping, they said they technically can't ship something this expensive for free. I ultimately agreed, as the price with insurance was still a little less than major retailers. Two weeks later, I received no shipping notification. When I inquired, I received an automated reply that their offices are closed for 2+ weeks due to relocation, but their e-mails are being monitored. After repeat calls and e-mails about the status of my order, no answer. Was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Insurance is not already included in the price as very clearly stated in the shipping policies on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money! EVEN AFTER SHIPPING INSURANCE YOU ARE STILL SAVING CLOSE TO $1000 VS. RETAILS PRICE!

I ordered a TV on July 21 and by July 28 still hadn't heard anything from firstclasstvs about my order. I even sent multiple emails to their support address. Nothing. Complete radio silence. And their phone number 'conveniently' went straight to a recorded message about the business moving. There was no option to even leave a voice mail.

I thought about making this a 1-star review because I never got the TV - but I'll throw them a bone and add a star for their great prices. If you're lucky enough to actually get your order fulfilled, the low prices would be great.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a high-priced LG OLED TV from Firstclasstvs via eBay since I've never heard of this company. I was worried that the TV might be a knock-off but given: 1) the great price they offered, saving about $800 from other retailers for this NEW current yr model, 2) free shipping, 3) 30-day return policy, 4) credit card buyer's protection, I took the gamble and purchased the TV from them.

I placed the order on a Saturday, 2 days later on the Memorial Day holiday, a person from Firstclasstvs called me to verify my shipping address. He also tried to sell me an extended warranty policy which I never buy but he wasn't pushy, which I appreciate. He confirmed that this was a new TV, factory sealed box. As to when the expected delivery date would be, he said it depends on from which warehouse the TV was being shipped; if it was being shipped from the closest to my home, it could be as soon as 3 days. After he processed the order, the next day I received a FedEx Ground tracking number and indeed, it arrived within 3 days!

The item was exactly as described on the website (real OEM LG OLED TV); brand new, factory sealed box with 2 nylon straps. Much to my surprise and appreciation, the TV was properly shipped with an outer, plain brown box (disguising its contents), inside this over-box, the factory sealed box was suspended on all four corners with thick cushioning, protecting the TV as shock-absorbers from jolts and being banged around during the shipping process! This over-box also keeps the factory box from becoming disgustingly dirty from those shipping trucks!

The only complaint I have is that I requested a copy of the bill/invoice from Firstclasstvs and they never responded.

I have tested everything with the new LG TV; everything works perfectly. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Firstclasstvs and hope that if you do business with them, you'll have as good/smooth an experience as I have.

I was a little apprehensive with purchasing my LG OLEDC8 on line. The reviews online about Firstclasstvs seemed ok so I decided to purchase because their price was so much better than others. Everything went great. My tv arrived in six days and it was brand new and exactly has advertised. My experience was much better than I expected and I will definitely contact Firstclasstvs in the future if I have any electronic needs. A great experience

Researched TV's at several stores and determined that we wanted to obtain an OLED TV. Found FirstclassTV's online and on Ebay. We compared their prices to others and they out did most competitors. At the time of purchase there was one competitor that was lower. What determined the final decision to purchase from FirstclassTV's was their five star rating on Ebay and positive comments from everyone. TV arrived sooner than expected, which was a plus. The TV was double boxed for further protection. Would use Firstclass TV again to purchase products.

Prompt communication from seller, product as discribed, brand new, never opened manufacture box. LG OLED 65 C8 TV was double boxed and delivered by fedex. Received with in a week from the day I ordered.

Will definitely shop with Firstclasstvs again, highly recommend.

BE AWARE - MOST OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT PROVIDE DETAILS OF THEIR EXPERIENCE. DO NOT LET YOURSELVES FOOLED BY THOSE REVIEWS!

Ordered an LG OLED 55 INCH TV from their website page.
David called me the next day pretexting they have to double-check my phone number (buhahahaha).

Then next thing he said was that - despite the "free shipping claim on their website" - I have to PAY SHIPPING INSURANCE for the product I purchased.
I instantly denied the "offer" and canceled the order.

I was expecting this kind of behavior, to be honest, as I read similar reviews about FIRSTCLASS TV and other scammers like them.
Had an identical experience with BESTCHOICEAV (dot) COM and there are several more shady online stores out there, with the same traits.
Stay away of these crooks as well!

Take my advice - DO NOT PURCHASE from these people, the price you pay is not the one advertised.
I just wonder what are the FTC, Consumer Protection Agency et all waiting for?!?
FTC, CPA - wake up and do your job!
