I was disappointed in my inability to track my order. The trucking company I was told would deliver the tv was in fact not the company that showed up. I had no idea as to when I would receive the tv. The company I was told to contact via tracking number had no idea where the tv was located or its transportation staus. I would deal with Firstclasstvs again.

Great seller, excellent price! There was a minor misunderstanding with the shipping company, which meant the TV was sitting at the warehouse for a couple of weeks, but once I contacted firstclasstvs they were able to resolve everything and the TV was delivered the next day.

I Bought an LG OLED tv. This Tv was cheaper than all of the big box stores and 95% of all the online stores. My online order was very easy to place. Transaction was smooth and seamless from checkout all the way through the delivery process. Delivery men brought in the tv, unboxed it and plugged it in to make sure it powered up and no damages occurred during transport. Very very happy with the transaction. Fast delivery, product as described.
The first TV I ordered was defective. The seller agreed to replace it but only if I had the original box. Since I did not, I had to purchase a 2nd TV, use that box to put in the defective TV and send it back. I have not received confirmation yet, but I was assured I would get a credit for the 2nd TV. It was a hassle, a tedious and unpleasant experience. Took several weeks to resolve because they closed a couple of weeks for vacation and coordinating delivery and pick up was time consuming and conflictive. Having said that I finally received a product I am happy with. I wouldl have liked for the seller to have credited me for the extra warranty I purchased but they said no.
Although I haven't used it yet the item was delivered as promised in a timely manner. Appeared new and in manufacturer packaging. Delivery went well. Brought it inside, unpacked and plugged in.
I would use them again
Order on Monday received it on Wednesday at 10 am. What more could I ask for. The tv works perfectly.
