Great price, fast shipping, great tv
On December 7,2018 we received a T.V. That we had ordered online. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received by Jordan and Gabriel! Not only did we receive the item on the day scheduled, but when it was going to be a little late due to weather and traffic, we were notified to let us know the new arrival time. Once it arrived both men were kind, courteous and professional. The T.V was brought up 3 flights of stairs to an apartment without comment or complaint. They stayed to make sure that the product arrived safely, securely and worked on site. It was exactly as described and ordered. It was above and beyond what we expected. We are very happy with our purchase and with the professionalism of firstclasstvs.com and AMTrucking services. Kudos and many thanks to Jordan and Gabriel!
Easy to order, great price, brand new TV in the original box. Had to reschedule the delivery and it was no issue at all. Delivery guys were very friendly and helpful with pointers about setting the TV up carefully.
Price was best I found out there (honestly I thought there was no way I was getting what I ordered). Opted for white glove service, only thing I wish they would have done differently was take the packaging with them. Other than that, they made sure wasn't damaged and that the TV powered on. Delivery took about 2 weeks, but the price made it worth the wait. Overall, very satisfied, no complaints. TV itself is amazing. Will definitely recommend this site to friends and family.

Really was 1st class. The 2 men who delivered the tv into the house, opened the carton, and powered up the tv to make sure it was powering up, were very professional and friendly. After this you then sign for the delivery. I definately would recommend them, their company, and firstclasstvs.com

After reading other reviews we decided to purchase our LG OLED TV from First Class TV's. They offered the best price and free shipping. Great right? Except the hidden cost of shipping insurance. The TV arrived in great condition by a professional company. Love the TV but beware of the shipping wait time. Mine was 3 weeks from NJ to VA. A little long but worth the extra savings.
The delivery company AM Trucking is horrible. Very bad customer service. The delivery person was great but trying to get ahold of anyone to schedule a missed delivery was difficult. They schedule a delivery time & date without your input and emails claim you can call to reschedule but you can never get someone to answer a call or email. I had to contact First Class and they figured it out for me.

When i ordered this tv i was concerned on how the tv would be considered it was heavily discounted. But i recieved the tv in good condition. Though it took about 2 weeks to get it, it was worth the wait.
