I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, given the pricing I was seeing compared to other retailers. My TV arrived approximately 10 days from the time of ordering, and the delivery driver waited for me to unpack and inspect it. I purchased a 65" LG OLED E8 (which is primarily a glass panel) and it arrived in perfect condition. So far, everything about it is great. Absolutely stunning image and it looks almost as good powered off as it does on. I would certainly suggest checking with Firstclasstvs.com before your next TV purchase! The price for mine was half that of MSRP!
Order was processed as expected, no issues. The local delivery company was great, giving notice prior to arrival.
Shipping was a little slow but expected during holidays. Shipping company was a bit difficult to get a hold of but eventually did.
I found the website to order my TV clear and easy to use. Ordering was simple. The only thing I would suggest is a little better follow-up on shipping information. I could not tell when my TV would arrive until we got a phone call the day before delivery (about a week after purchase). No info on the website regarding shipping progress. Nevertheless, the TV arrived in great condition and has worked perfectly.

We are very happy with the 65" LG OLED tv we purchased. I was skeptical when it was priced $600 less than everyone else but took a chance and that was a great decision.
It was delivered 15 days after purchase.
The box was in excellent condition which is always a good sign since it had to go all the way to western Ohio from New Jersey.
The delivery guys brought it into the house and did a quick power on test too.

Great deal on an amazing tv - delivered quickly
Ordered through eBay, was contacted outside of that transaction directly and was incorrectly sold a $90 white glove delivery service even though that was already part of the order. After I contacted customer service they immediately apologized for the confusion and refunded me. Overall a good experience.
