The TV and time it took to ship are satisfactory. The selected shipping service (AM Trucking) was very difficult to work with and delayed the delivery by 2 weeks.

HOWEVER - I did not appreciate the hard sell on the $150 insurance for the delivery when the package is almost never damaged consider your great delivery team and they way the tv is packaged. If it ws damaged I would have sent it back anyway. This is an unnecessary upsell.
I consider this unnecessary revenue enhancement. Since i bought the 5 yr warranty on the TV... I would like to ask for my money back on the insurance -- or at least part of it as a sign of good faith for the Holidays and will show my appreciation by giving you a good review on social media.
Delivery was on time and tv was placed in room of choice where it was completely checked over. We love this TV.
Picture not as sharp as I think it should be. This LG tv seems to have a dull picture, I think Samsung tv's are much sharper.

Purchased and received item as advertised. Total price was as advertised and included free shipping. They shipped from California, so depending on where you live take it into consideration.
I have been attempting to obtain technical assistance from your company without success. In response to my last communication, I was assured that an LG technician would be sent to our home to check on what I believe to be a defective TV set. It has been 7 days and, so far, nothing. In fact, I am going to email the company today to request instructions for returning the TV. This is all highly unsatisfactory, inconvenient and, potentially, costly.
FirstClassTV's provided an amazing deal and they made the experience enjoyable, timely delivered the product with inspection and ensure its safe. Looking forward to continue buying from them for future needs.

Shipping took a little over a week. Delivery company brought it downstairs and plugged it in to ensure it was working fine. No complaints

I was pretty skeptical, since they were selling a TV for $600 less than anywhere else. However, it came in the shipping window they advertised and the TV looks amazing, so I'm happy. Their customer service was quick to respond and very professional. I would do business with them again in the future.

The transaction and delivered were all excellent. The delivery people even helped unpack and test the TV. It all went smoothly.
Setup services were minimal: a guy took the top off the TV box and plugged it in to see if it powered up. That was it. I had assumed that the delivery/setup guys would at least put the TV on the pedestal, saving me, age 73, from having to muscle the thing around and build the pedestal (which included no instructions). In fact there were no instructions anywhere in the box. I guess the TV must be a grey market one without instruction manual or warranty. I should have inquired, as the price was much lower than the competition's. On the plus side, the TV looks awesome.
TV arrived early and delivery company was very professional. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
