Everything was same as advertised and described, best price, great service, I highly recommend this seller.

Price was great - better then I could find anywhere else. Shipping times are limited as they are only in our area 1 time a week. However the delivery guys were very professional. They opened the box so we could inspect the TV and they plugged it in and quickly programed it so we could see that it work and was up to our expectations. We will definitely buy from this company again.

Everything went as planned with my delivery. Received my item one day earlier than the expected delivery date. The delivery men were very nice and extremely careful when handling the item and made sure their were no damages anywhere before I signed for the item. Thank you for your services.

First Class TVs called me to confirm my shipping details (I had gone with the free shipping option) and they upgraded me to the expedited shipping for no extra cost. They truly care! I would happily give them my business again, and thanks to their phenomenal prices, I could actually afford it!

I called and left a VM message then emailed 1x for and order update or tracking information.
Neither received a response. I then called several days later and spoke with someone in "sales" who gave me what I needed.

Both the TV and delivery service were great.

TV was in great condition, but delivery service took rather long both from date of order and on the day it was set to be delivered which meant I had to stay up until 11:00 pm to receive it. No issues thus far and it's a beautiful TV.

My only comment is that I was told that with TVs there would be white glove service. I thought it that meant complete installation. That was wrong.

Firstclasstvs.com was very punctual in giving delivery / tracking information. Trucking company they used was very good and responsive. I just felt it took little more time for the delivery than the given estimate but all the complaints were gone when they delivered the tv. Placed it in my basement, opened it up to show that tv is delivered in good condition. Will order from here again.

TV purchase was great, excellent price, wait time was ok 2 weeks and the white glove delivery was not perfect but they worked with me so it turned out ok. Would definitely buy from them again. My TV was brand new!
