Everything was received and in perfect shape. There was no tracking number for the sound bar I ordered and difficult to find a number to call. Despite not knowing and being nervous about the order, it was received in a reasonable amount of time and as advertised. So, good price and prompt delivery but poor communication.
I got to pick the TV up myself and they even opened it up and showed me it was working properly before taking it home

TV was a good deal, however customer service was a little lacking. It was. A busy season but it was very tough to track my delivery. I literally just waited until I received a phone call that it was happening the next day.
Multiple calls and an email to the shipping company went unanswered.
That said, I got the TV and it seems to be in great working condition.

Replies from 1st class simply restated what was already on the BOL so it was no help.
Cust Rep told me I was #12 on delivery chain and truck was at 8 and delivery would be there shortly when in fact I was #20 and delivery came well after 9pm. Got the impression she was just saying anything just to get me off the call.
Hard to follow tracking system and I never knew if I was talking to EBAY, FIRST CLASS, AM TRUCKING or some contractor.
TV received OK but I'm experiencing some "rattling" when the speakers are turn up to about 50% so I'm not sure who to contact on this or if anyone will actually help me resolve it. Looks like tv came from Carson Calif to PA or 2000+ miles so maybe speakers shook loose traveling over all those roads to my house

First Class TVs was awesome. Prices lower than anybody else I could find, and product exactly as it should be. Freight took a while to arrive, but according to tracking, First Class TVs shipped the TV out very quickly, so they are not to blame

This actually is a great, helpful and cheapest provider of a great product. There were numerous issues with the trucking company that needed to be sorted out (they were just awful and their reviews show it), BUT the seller was very responsive in working those issues out and, in the end, everything worked out ok. I would certainly have no problem working with this supplier again. They performed great.

Delivery was a concern. I was contacted by the freight company the afternoon before the delivery date. The driver called the following morning 30 minutes before arriving. The driver loaded the 65" TV into the back of my pick up, which was parked in folks garage. It was plugged it in to verify it as working. The men were very kind to my late 80s parents who, until I got off work, were babysitting my truck and now my new TV.

Happened upon Firstclasstvs while researching LG's Oled tv's, you guys had the best deal by far, pretty much got an E8 for the price of B8, ordered online Friday and recieved it following Thursday via Fed Ex, packaged in another box around the LG box, very pleased with purchase!
Great price! Process is easy once you contact them to verify delivery. But then have to contact the shipping company to setup delivery. Minor inconvenience.
I have no prior purchase history with Firstclass tvs, but decided to go ahead with my purchase based on the excellent reviews I read and on their terrific pricing. TV arrived approximately a week later than initially quoted. Because it is the holiday shopping season and Thanksgiving fell during my delivery period, I gave them considerable leeway and just decided to be patient and exercise gratitude for what I have. The two fellows who delivered my unit with white glove service were very professional and polite. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone to purchase from Firstclasstvs.com and save yourself some dough...they certainly came through for me.

Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.
