I ordered my TV from First Class TV because their price was so good, and their reviews were pretty good. While I still wonder about my decision because of the risks involved, I have had a change of heart on the company from my original one star review. My issue, at this time, is having a problem with the freight company they use, AM Home Delivery, to deliver my TV. While this issue indirectly reflects on First Class TV, I believe now that they have shown due diligence in helping me resolve the issue, and I do believe they are a legitimate seller. They just need a more reliable shipping company even if it costs a little extra, or they need to have a serious heart to heart with the carrier. AM Home Delivery seems to be the real fly in the ointment. They are unreliable, and are outright liars..

I bought the LG OLED65E8 on eBay for cyber Monday after carefully reviewing firstclasstvs reviews I decided to purchase the TV... I could not be more satisfied everything that was advertised was perfect and true. I will only buy from firstclasstvs in the future and recommend to everyone I know!

Every seller has to have shipping insurance when shipping an item. Most sellers include it in the price already and charge you over $1000 more on the total price than we do. Insurance is not already included on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money!

Carriers came inside to test the TV out and make sure it worked at the time of delivery which was impressive and the only thing even more impressive was the price!
At first I was a little skeptical because the price was so much cheaper than big box stores but turned out to be legit so im happy.

I recently bought a Samsung TV and could not be more happy with the price and product I received. I shopped around all over it locally and could not find anywhere with a fair price on the new Samsung QLED 75 inch. Exactly as others describe it, it's a scam; they list the tv much lower, then call you the next day saying the freight carrier requires insurance on your 'free' shipping. Cancelled order, don't waste your time.

Took a month to get my TV delivered
January 26, 2019

Took a month to get my TV delivered. The trucking service they use had to reschedule a couple of times, after hearing nothing from them for 2-3 weeks. Was contacted to upgrade to White Glove Service, as well as Extended Warranty. I did get the white glove delivery service, and was glad I did. They did a great job of bringing it in, unboxing it and turning it on to verify that it worked OK. Turned down the extended warranty.
