This was a great purchase experience for us. The delivery was on schedule and the delivery men did a great job. The TV was as ordered and has worked well to date. No complaints and plenty of accolades for FIRSTCLASSTVS.com. I will buy from them again!
FIRST CLASS
Was shopping for new TV and found this site. Saved $600.00, just had to wait a couple weeks to get it. Worth the wait.
Super easy transaction... the television I purchased is terrific. The communication / information provided by the seller was accurate and provided pretty good guidance about how the process would unfold.
Even though it took 2 weeks to get a call to confirm phone/address, the customer experience was great. Delivery was great, the delivers had to get the TV inside and turn it on to make sure the screen wasn't cracked and it works. I'd buy from First Class TVs again.
I received the TV as described. No bait and switch however, the TV I ordered is the TV I received. Customer service did call me to upsell on promotion for 'white glove' delivery service and warranty. I would recommend Firstclasstvs.com. Very happy with the great deal on a new TV.

Good product at a great price
The OLED TV is great. Purchase was easy and price was excellent.
However, delivery was indicated to be 12-26-18, when ordered and paid for on 12-14 (12 days). The 26th passed without a word from the trucking company. Online a second delivery date was then indicated for 1-2-19. This date came and went without communication. I sent an email to AM Trucking who then 'scheduled' delivery for 1-4-19 (21 days), and it was finally delivered!
I understand holiday delays but the lack of notifications, inability to get a timely delivery, or even track the progress of shipping put significant strain on my holiday plans.
