Order product LG OLED TV and was sent in about 2 weeks. Only glitch was freight company re scheduled delivery twice. Product was perfect and was tested while shipper was here. Price was very good.

I was a little concerned about buying a TV online but the item arrived as advertised. The freight company was great and made sure the TV turned on before leaving. I am happy with the experience.

Very aggressive tv price. My only suggestion for improvement is that other than initial confirmation of the purchase it was radio silence for about two weeks until I heard from the delivery company out of the blue.
Please consider providing periodic shipping updates so customers have some idea when delivery is coming.
Delivery company was very good.
Customer service was only proactive when it came to collecting funds und upselling warranties. They always did answer the phone, but there were multiple delays in the delivery date, which I was only able to ascertain because they did not call back within the specified time they committed to and gave no updates when further delays occurred. It seemed they were not interested in the fact that the product would be sent out 2-3 weeks later than originally stated and would then not commit to a date.
Everything went great and you cant beat the price. I would prefer a faster shipping process but I knew the timeframes when I ordered.

Took a long time to get here, due to scheduling. The delivery setup service was good. Didn't like being pushed on the warranty.

Never received the physical warranty. Said I only needed the warranty number.
Overall experience was very good. Delivery was prompt and on time. I wish the delivery guys had given me more time to test that the TV was working properly on delivery but can't complain too much. Got a great price on the TV.
