Good experience

If you dont need your order the next day this site is good. Better prices than most retail stores but you wont get it for at least a week unless you pay extra for faster shipping. Would purchase again if given a discount coupon.

Something is NOT right here. After receiving my first Fitbit Charge HR from this company after a almost month wait from the date they said they delivered to the date I received, and only after I inquired several times, I was forgiving and stupid enough to order a second one for my husband. This time, they said it was shipped on 1/30/16 and now Customer Service is saying it'll be delivered in 24-48 hours which will be 30 days from the time they said it was delivered. I have a hard time believing USPS could screw up delivery twice on an order from same company. I'm not sure what's going on there but something isn't right. I've asked for a refund but they said once it's in transit, they cannot refund. Convenient. I will surely check the date marked on the package once it arrives to see if this one was shipped on the date they said... and if it's not as they said, I'll pursue w/ my Paypal option for support. Frustrating!

If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating. Worst company ever. I ordered a Fitbit charge hr for $113. Not only was it never shipped, when I convinced them to ship a new one 4 weeks later, I received a very beat up Fitbit. It has several scratches on the screen and it came with an eBay receipt. I went on the item # and found that that purchased from this seller for $79.99 and had it shipped to me. They claim that they have several eBay stores. I contacted the seller and he has no ties with this company. The thing sounds like a scam. You can't even call them on the phone. They only communicate through email. Stay away from this company. I filed a complaint through the BBB. I hope everyone else will too that got shady service. Let's shut them down!

I wish I would've known I was ordering an open box product because I'm 99% sure it wasn't written on there the first time I looked at it... Wouldn't use again. Save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and they never answer the phone!

Hi everyone, the reason why this company sucks balls is because if you buy certain products from their website, and then decide you want your money back, you will not get it back! For example, I bought a Fitbit charge hr watch from FireWire Electronics. After trying the watch on, it fit me too small so I shipped it back to them. It's been almost four weeks since the company said I should supposedly be "getting my money back." I'm not going to get my refund of $114.05 and it's a shame really. READ THE COMPANY'S REFUND POLICY PAGE BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL!

We needed pedometers to encourage our patients to exercise as part of our wellness program. This site had the best price on the Fitbit and Garmin products we were looking for. Fairly decent ship time and good follow up comm.

Unfortunately, a ZERO rating is not an option under Overall Rating. In all honesty, I do not believe they had any intentions to fulfill my order.
I ordered a sports watch on the 29th of September from this company, and have yet to receive my purchase. After sending an email, I was told that the watch had been shipped October 4,2016 and that there is no tracking number, but that it is insured through PayPal (RED FLAG). I finally had to open a claim through PayPal, and the seller is yet to respond. The claim is pending. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS ENERGY ON THESE PEOPLE.

My husband ordered a Fitbit Surge for my Christmas present back on December 15th and paid rush shipping to get it by Christmas. Not only did we not receive it until FEBRUARY, but it was the wrong size! We contacted them and received a return label to exchange it for the correct size. We mailed this out over 6 WEEKS AGO and still have not received a replacement or a refund. Now, they are not responding to our emails for a refund. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I definitely wish I would have looked in to Fire Wire before I ordered from them! I ordered a FitBit Charge on 2/15 for what I thought was a great deal. When I hadn't received it by 3/2, I emailed them. While I do have to say they responded in a very timely manner, that must be about all they do. I was told it had shipped out on 2/18 and I'd receive it by 3/5 (which, by the way, is 12 business days, not counting Saturdays, later. I was told it would be 7-10 day shipping). I finally got it on 3/8, only to discover they sent a large rather than a small, which is impossible for me to use. It also arrived with a tracking number which I was told did not exist that, upon looking it up, showed they hadn't even sent it out until 3/2, probably when I emailed them initially. I emailed them again and while they again responded quickly, the email did not seem overly concerned with my disappointment. There was no offer to quickly ship me the correct product and I had to send a follow-up email to ask when I could expect a refund, although I now know after consulting reviews I may never receive one. Such a pathetic excuse for a company, I truly hope they go under soon.

I ordered a Fitbit charge HR as an open box item and there were a few issues. It looked very worn, as though someone wore it on safari for a few years. The battery would fully charge but only stay charged for about a day. I'm a teacher so I get an average amount of steps. I have friends who purchased fitbits and their fitbits stay charged for at least 3 days. Also, it arrived without the necessary charge cable and it took firewiremedia approx. One month to send the cable.

Firewiremedia is taking advantage of people. It feels unlawful and unethical to sell an item that has been used to the point of dead batteries and worn-and-ugly. What time is it? It's Better business bureau time.

Update: company tried to send a rebuttal, arguing that the item was 50% off so "what do you expect?" Naw, go pull the other leg. I paid over $100 for your HR Fitbit, FireWire. That is NOT 50% off.

REGULARLY I have NO internet service! Call and complain regularly! They have no solution. I am stuck they are the only service in my area! There is a business on my property also and they DON'T have this issue... Hmmmm? Why can't I get good service? OR A DISCOUNT FOR ALL MY ANGUISH!?

I love shopping online and was searching for a site selling fitbits. This site came up on google. They had a good selection, easy checkout and i recieved the order in a week with a discount code. Good place for runners or crossfitters like myself.

FireWire Media is not a trustworthy seller. I ordered two FitBits on 11/24/15 for Christmas gifts. The receipt says I'd receive them in 7-10 business days. After emailing them (at *******@gmail.com) to remind them that they never sent my items I paid for, they sent them and would not rush them so I received them on December 28... days after Christmas and my loved ones left to return home. So, not only could I not give them their gifts in person, I had to mail them and incur charges. They claim that USPS was the problem, which I wrote back stating that If they were delivered in ten business days, I would've received them December 8,2015. My order was not even submitted to USPS for shipping until December 21,2015, which was the day I originally contacted them asking why I hadn't received my FitBits yet.

FireWire Media contact has been jerking me around since 12/28 about refunding part of my money. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! You cannot contact anyone via telephone- they hide behind their computers and tell you what you want to hear but never put their money where their mouth is. I will tell everyone I know not to use this company... ever.

FW Electronics, Fit-tronics, FZ Electronics - all the same company. They change their name because they have terrible service.

I ordered a Fitbit from them and after 14 days of waiting, I did not receive an shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service and they told me it had shipped a 4 days after purchase, and would receive it in 2 or 3 more business days. After I said I wanted a refund, they said they could not do that.

The day it was suppose to arrive came, and I did not receive the Fitbit in the mail. I contacted Paypal and Paypal opened a claim, and I got my refund. I believe that this company had no intentions of sending me my merchandise and had the plan of scamming me out of my money.

It is also possible that they did not have the merchandise I ordered, which is horrible business practice. Maybe they were waiting around for my Teal Fitbit HR to be sold to a pawn shop, fall off a truck, who knows. This company is awful, they should be thrown in jail.

On top of everything, the admin from this company begged me to take down this review because they are saying I am reviewing the wrong site. They said this is the actual site. http://firewirelabs.wix.com/tivo#!__store. If anyone on earth can actually buy something from this site, I would be shocked. The heaps of lies they tell is astonishing. Games over guys.
