Horrible experience ordering on Sheila lane in Richmond, Va. Ordered a pastrami, asked them not to drain it as a pastrami is not made to be a dry sandwich. I was told I could get the sandwich today, but never again, and if I want it wet, I should pour water on it. Seriously, by the manager DJ. I have never experience such rude behavior, on top of, I never got the sandwich after he and I going back and forth about how the sandwich should be made regardless of me being the customer. Unreal. Never Ever again! Fire the manager, he cannot manage anything and his behavior is unacceptable.
Made online order gave 45 minute pickup time got there and it was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes than manger said my order would be free next time i came in and when i went to get it he would not honour the his word because i told him he was a lair he said he would call the police nice way of doing business when you cannot honour your word
I ordered this sandwich at 11:00ish AM. I got it at 12:26 PM. When I ordered online, I clicked on NO MAYO NO CHEESE. I don't know why my receipt does not show it, but I know what I ordered. My sandwich came with both mayo and cheese. Also, my sandwich was soggy. When I called the store, the manager acted like I never ordered and couldn't find my order. When I gave my name and address, he still acted like they can't find me. This is the worst sandwich I have EVER EATEN. SO P*** OFF. This is the one on San Felipe in Austin, Texas.
Yesterday, I went to the Firehouse subs in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia with my wife. I got the steak and cheese subs, My wife got the meatball subs. The bread was not fresh on either subs. It will be a long time before I try it again.
Employee had no idea how to ting up my sandwich, took 15 min. Toget my food with no one in front of me,the sandwich looked like a 5 year old made it,most of the meat was not even under the bun.
I came into Firehouse Subs in Watertown south Dakota to use my points I had accumulated through purchases throughout the 2024/2025 calendar year in which I had almost 90,000 points I wanted to redeem for 2 sandwich platters for a medical benefit being thrown on my behalf because I have to make multiple trips to Mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota. The benefit was scheduled for Saturday February 1st 2025 in which I spoke with a supervisor at the Watertown Firehouse Subs. I believe her name was Leandra. I was sent to Mitch the store general manager by the supervisor to help finalize my 2 sandwich platter transaction using my points and basically was accused by Mitch the general manager of the watertown Firehouse Subs of defrauding the points system and making me out to be a common criminal! I feel discriminated against because I am a person of color. I have experiences with other businesses in watertown south Dakota on this medical benefit such as Perkins, Buffalo wild wings, Pizza ranch and various other businesses that have contributed and donated to my medical benefit but Mitch the general manager of the firehouse Subs in Watertown south Dakota is the only business that treated me like a common criminal and someone trying to be malicious and law breaking and see no other reason for his behavior towards me other than racism and prejudism. I am deeply saddened, hurt and appalled at the treatment I received as a person of color from Mitch the general manager of the Firehouse Subs facility in watertown south Dakota.
Went to a new location, Colwood Bc on Vancouver island. Was really looking forward to tasting a good new sub apart from Subways offerings. Man this sub was Bland. It was like the meat was cooked with No seasoning whatsoever (steak n cheese). Tasted the veggies more than anything else. They make subway sandwiches taste awesome and a better deal. Had high expectations, but alas, now they're flatlined. Will not return again.
My wife & I went into the Firehouse Subs at ******* US-380 in Crossroads, Tx & was not greeted by one employee. One employee was on break in the back of the store while two other employees were sitting on the counter in the back on their cell phones. It wasn't until I was standing there for at least 5 min at which time I looked in the back & called them out saying " Hello are either of you working today or are you just going to sit back there on your cell phones"? The two young ladies came up and tried to meet mug me & my wife but I wasn't having it. If I had been their manager I would have sent them home. You don't have 3 employees in the facility & all of them are on break at the same time. Absolutely disappointed with this location. I will probably not be back. This happened at about 3:30pm on Sunday 12/29/24. One of the young ladies always looks pissed off never smiling or greeting guest when they come in the door. She needs an attitude adjustment big time.
The sandwich was awful, soggy and had honey ham on it which i have never seen in a supposed Italian sub. The customer service was nonexistent. Here are some pictures of what my sub looked like. I let them speak for themselves
Don't bother. Worst tasting subs around. I didn't think anyone could be worse the subway, however, firehouse has managed too do just that. Too bad I can't give it a ZERO!
Hey I came to your store and around 3 p.m. and the guy with the black thing on his head said we can wait for our food he's very rude and he also said i dont give a $#*! about these peoples i really love firehoue subs but the guy with the long black thing on his head is rude i waited for my food for about 20 minutes and he didnt care about what i was asking him he just look at me and turned away if hes a manger at that place we always have problems with him 6925 university city blvd ste 430 charlotte nc ******* ps andthe store is dirty as well
We here to for my veteran day offer and I was denied my meal. They said basically that since I didn't have a military id I wasn't a veteran. Tried to explain that not all veterans have military id but I had my dd214. I am 69 years old do they really think I would rip them off over a med sub. They don't honor veterans. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Ordered 2 subs took them home Neither my husband or myself could even eat 1/2 as they were do bad. I wouldn't feed the meat to an animal it was so bad. Don't ask for any topping or sauce that are not part of the sandwich on the menu
Worst sandwich's we have ever had
Will never go there again
I order a New York Streamer, All I got was a cold pastrami, no corn beef, no cheese, not heated.
I will not go again, but I guess it was my own fault trusting that they knew what they were doing, and not checking before I left the store.
I went to FS a couple of weeks ago, got a hook n ladder. Went yesterday, totally different. They gave me a sandwich that I thought was a child's order. I had ordered that Olympic special combo. Maybe they were cutting back on the sandwiches because of the promo. I was very disappointed in the sandwich.
8PM Firehouse Subs 419 South Washington Street Maryville Tennessee *******: Went in for a sandwich the young man making the sandwich had his phone in his hand and passing it from one hand to the other. I spoke up letting him know that I did not appreciate his unsanitary actions while making my food. He says "It's an emergency. I said you should be making your call and let one of the other six standing there prepare the food. There was only me in the store at this time. These kids just laughed and looked at one another. When I finally got someone identifying herself as the manager it got no better. I demanded my money back and left without the sandwich. On the way home I stopped by the Dollar Store which is what I should have done to begin with. I called the Regional Office and got a "thick accented" Indian or Pakistani and after that I have decided never to visit a Firehouse Sub again! Unreasonable of me, no I don't think so! Had to vent somewhere thanks
The Brisket, the meatball and the Hook and Ladder sandwiches are favorites. The one in Indian Trail near the Walmart is fantastic. Chris was so helpful in wrapping them up for our long airplane trip. Make sure they are placed in a sealable baggie when you get home. Dogs in customs will smell them out if you don't!
Please try this place. If you don't like something, let them know. They will do their best to correct it.
Terrible. I got the steak and cheese, and let's just say they charged me for a drink but didn't give me one. The sub was half fat and half meat, mainly dry bread and mushrooms, and I asked for sautéed onions, but what I got was a slice of raw onion. The best part of the meal was the chips, but they were in a bag, so they do not get credit for that. It was a messy, fat, undercooked dry sub, no drink, and a bag of chips. Not worth the money. What a joke for my first time at this place. Oakwood Ga location, and this is this is my first time eating at any of their locations. I will not go back.
I was going to use a coupon that I found on the app, but I could not find it again on my cell phone when I arrived at the restaurant in person. When I got to the cashier and told him about it he said that I need to bring it up on their app. I could not find it. After about five minutes of looking for it, the cashier asked if he could find it. I did not want him to do this, so I just said only the sandwich. If he knew about the coupon. Why did he just not give it to me? He should not have made me try to find it on my phone. He should have just given me the value of the coupon. This was not very friendly in my book. The tuna fish sandwich had way too much mayonnaise and the bread was not fresh. My friend saw a bug running around the brownie in the display case. The restaurant was empty, and we both knew why. Very poor service, prices, food and sanitization. The app does not work. It takes too long to try to place an online order and then it will not take the credit card information.
First visit. Turkey and provolone cold sub. Whole wheat bread. Observations: bread is pretty meh. Jersey Mike's bread is way better, nice and chewy, substantial. Firehouse bread is a glorified hotdog bun. WAY too much lettuce. Didn't seem like much turkey. Probably will stick to Jersey Mike's.
Answer: We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt..."BOY WERE WE IGNORANT" It will be subway, hands down from now on.
Answer: We called 3x after my husband got home with our order... finally 4th try someone answered.
Answer: Subway where I should have gone to begin with. Better value better quality and you can see your sandwich actually being made. I like that and I will start going back to Subway instead of firehouse subs
