Don't ever order anything from this site. I ordered in Feb and was told would be here in 8 weeks. Its June and I'm still waiting. Despite numerous inquiries and emails, they are unresponsive. The small savings isn't worth the hassle. I've had to dispute with AMEX.

I have ordered a pot from this site in July 2021. They promised to deliver within 12 weeks. It is March 2022 and I am still waiting for the order to be sent to me. They do not respond to my calls or emails. I feel such a fool ordering from them. I will dispute this charge with my credit card. How can you do business like this. Ugh... The little savings that you get are not worth the aggravation.

I placed an order with Fine Brand Sales in February, and still have not gotten my order. My emails go unanswered for the most part and when they bother to answer it is a curt few words with zero information that is relevant or helpful. I finally called only to be told they have absolutely nothing to say about when or if my order will be fulfilled. When I asked to speak with someone who might have information, I was told there was no one. This feels very suspicious to me. Be careful.

Despite numerous inquiries and emails, they barely respond and keep stringing along "it's preparing to ship" in end of November and then "oh, part of order is preparing to ship." Who wants a partial china set? And then it never did ship yet they claim it shipped in December and yet they didn't require a signature with Fed Ex for an order in excess of $500? I never received it and they never replied to this. Avoid at all costs! The small savings isn't worth the hassle. I've had to dispute with AMEX.

WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY? OUR DEPOSIT WAS GIVEN AND PRODUCT ORDERED 7/11/21 - IT IS 1/12/22 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. WILL PURSUE RETURN OF DEPOSIT AND REPORT TO THE BBB.

I ordered 2 Hermes platters in October, 2020 as a wedding gift for my nephew. The items showed that they were in stock but could possibly take a few weeks to ship. By the end of December I checked with the company to find out when they would be shipped. I was told they were back ordered but was promised I would be called back by the next day for an update. I never heard from them either by phone or email. I called 1 week later and insisted on talking with the customer service manager. I explained to her the situation and she said she would look into it and get in touch with me by the next day. Again, I heard nothing. I had to call every 4 weeks but was always told they would look in to it and get in touch with me the next day. No one ever called or emailed me with any updates on the order but their website still listed the platters for sale and in stock. I finally called in the begining of May 2021 and demanded that they cancel my order and issue a refund. I would never do business with a company that has so little regard for custom service and no communication with their buyers. Do not let their great prices fool you in to thinking you will receive the items. I finally went directly to the Hermes website and received the platters within 2 1/2 weeks. It was worth paying a little more for great service guaranteed delivery.

They tell you your china will be delivered in 7-10 days, take all your credit card info and then send you another email asking for more money and tell your your china will take 3 months. Stay away!

Trust me, if you are wealthy enough to shop here, you don't appreciate what you have, I swear I'm trying to save your life just give it away and In the end you will thank me!

Great pricing and delivered nicely packed with all the Brand label features. I'll buy from Fine Brand Sales again.

Very good price on the Herend china. Order came well packaged shipped with fedex ground with tracking number.
