A connection on LinkedIn referred me to Mike at find my profession, I later found out he is the founder.

I had an issue with my original draft and Mike Pedesto, the owner, reached out to me himself and made it his mission to resolve the situation. My resume, cover letter, and linkedin profile came out great. Highly recommend.
On April 2, 2019, Mike Pedesto (The owner of Find My Profession) was sued in federal court for fake negative reviews he put on other resume writing company websites to deter potential customers and also suspected of putting fake positive reviews on his own business websites (not my words, read the article). I can only imagine how many of these reviews are fake. As Mike Pedesto has said in a response to a negative review from a customer, "Please take reviews that you read online with a grain of salt. It is not uncommon for competitors to write fake reviews on other successful companies." .....I couldn't agree more. Or post positive reviews for your own company I guess as suspected...
((((((UPDATE)))))))) I wrote a complaint on Better Business Bureau and got a response from the business. I just wanted to follow up on here so people reading this can see the type of quality you'll be getting..
The business wrote back to BBB "[customer name] background is a bank teller and a server...Given that she has no HR experience, the resume is not the problem" ....So much for attention to detail and highlighting my background skills to help me enter into a new career, huh?
I have 2 years of experience as an assistant manager and 2 years of experience as a general manager. In both positions I did job postings, sourced candidates, screened resumes, interviewed potential candidates, hired team members, processed hire paperwork, and took them through the entire on-boarding process. In addition to this, I was responsible for the payroll of 17 employees.
I have applied to entry level HR positions (specifying no experience OR degree whatsoever) exclusively, all within these qualifications given my very relevant transferrable background and a business degree. The business can keep making excuses every time a customer complains about their work but if you can't live up to a guarantee, don't make one.
By the way, I did end up going to another resume writer who charged just short of $100 (compared to the $1000 I spend with Find My Profession) and he worked WITH me to produce a resume I really liked. He acknowledged that I don't have direct experience in HR and used my background of relevant skills to highlight my ability to be able to work in HR in an entry level position. 6 days after I worked with him, I got a really nice resume.
A job I applied for a month ago with the resume I got from Find My Profession, re-posted the same position. I applied for it again with my new resume, had a phone interview the following day, and now I have an interview next Thursday. So this particular excuse the company is using "job searching takes time for the most qualified candidates, but when changing industries it can take even longer" isn't really valid because a different resume that highlighted my prime skills for this type of position got an interview almost immediately compared to no response from the same company a month ago with the other resume.

I was promised a professional resume that guarantee's an interview within 90 days... this did not happen. I applied to 60+ places and didn't get one interview. Mind you, I spent close to $1000 on the services. When I contacted the writer explaining my issue, I was reached out to by another person named Lindsay. She had me prove I was applying to placed within my qualifications so after I sent screenshots and when she realized I actually was applying to various places all within my qualifications, she said she'd offer a re-write. So 60+ places I already applied to with my $1000 resume don't mean anything? I wanted a refund. When I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with the woman I was speaking with, I called the customer service number and spoke with someone named Jen who said she'd submit my request and issues to someone named Michael. Not even 10 minutes later, I got an email from the same woman I was speaking with before saying "Also, inquiries through Jen (client success manager - you just called her) are sent directly to me." I specifically told Jen I had already been speaking with Lindsay and wanted it to be dealt with by another person now, as I felt she was rude. So when there is an issue with your purchase, just know you can only get into contact with one person and your request will go nowhere. So I caved and said that I'd try again and accept a re-done resume. 5 days go by and she never gets back to me. I had to reach out to her again asking what was going on and if she was going to start my re-write process.
The write was amazing, took the time to understand my background and went through several revisions of my cv. I had it viewed by several executes and they feel it was improved from my original one by %100
Wow, that was easy. I contacted Findmyprofession to help me with my Linkedin account to expand my network and to help make my content more compelling. After our first scheduled call, they had it done in days. Worth it in every sense.
