Read the 1 star review on Better Business Bureau, they are scammers. Even on here wrote a 5 star review of their own business. Their competitors are the nigerian princes trying to woo you.

Incompetent. They have no customer support, they are only interested in getting advertisers on their website. The site is not maintained, nor does is check that it's information is up-to-date and correct. Also they put doctor profiles on their website without even contacting the doctor! A family member of mine, finds himself on that website without his permission, and with his home phone number and address NOT the office phone and address on the website. The website provides no telephone number to contact a person. The provide email, but after 3 days, has still not responsed to any email. What kind of customer support is that?

In the interest of full disclosure, I should state at the outset that I am an employee of Findadoc.com writing to rebut the earlier review that: they place doctors on the site without their permission. The website is a composite directory of 1,000,000 registered doctors, dentists and chiropractors. It would be like asking for permission to be placed in a telephone directory! One owns a phone, one gets listed. The reviewer also omits the fact that the site is FREE, has an eScheduler for docs to advertise late cancellations to iStandBy patients at a discount; lists Canadian doctors; has a network for the 1,000,000 docs to connect with each other called Doc-Friend; has a very fancy GPS enabled iphone and Android apps etc, etc. all free! I wonder if this review was written by a competitor? We have been in business since 1991 and are here to stay! Play fair!
