I have saved my points for over a year and when I redeemed my points for gift cards, they said pending and deducted my points without reward cards. This is the second time I've been scammed

Don't waste your time on Fetch Rewards! They are frauds, scammers, and liars! They will steal your points and give no reward then try and justify it by saying you may have violated their policy with your submissions. All you do is scan receipts! They don't even have a customer service number you can talk to someone it is stupid bots! The only reason I gave them a 1 rating is because it would not let me give them a big fat zero!

They deducted my points and also cancelled my rewards for no reason. Also I noticed, whenever I try to redeem more points for receipt, they don't accept it and cancel it. Only small points are accepted. Also for few products, I never received the rewards.
Its not worth spending a lot of time on the app including the games.

Have been using fetch for awhile now and it was a pretty good deal until they decided to make u play childish games to earn points. Without the games you aren't going to get much in points or rewards. I broke down and played one game and was awarded nothing in points. I complained and they gave me about 1000 points and told me it "may" not have been one of their games? I got it from their site. I also referred a friend to them and now she's not liking it much either. The strange thing is she says she can spin for points? But I am not able to spin. No idea about this app anymore so I am now done with them. For all the receipts I have scanned I received a 25 dollar gift card for Amazon. Lol, definitely not worth it anymore.

No points liars

Everyone I know that uses FETCH buys items advertised to get high points but FETCH refuses to honor the advertised points. Instead of getting 5000 point you get 25. Email them 24 hours to respond and they NEVER RESPOND or fix. Same with AMAZON ERECIEPTS. I have sent dozens of emails no response. Report FETCH to the BBB, FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL, CONSUMER PROTECTION, post issues on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMSand CALL THE COMPANIES THAT FETCH ADVERTISES.

Not worth it

A lot of the offers require multi-tier requirements to obtain the points. When asking fetch customer service for resolution one finds great resistance.

The offers are not for healthy food but rather major support for the multi-national corporations which have provided less than healthy alternatives.

Stay far away from these less than desirable charlatans. Your blood pressure will thank you.

I would give them zero stars if it was a choice.

I think the app is a scam being it doesn't allow me to spin the wheel nor does it let me add up the points half of the time it asks me for dates now if it does that I do not enter it bc I assume it is an old receipt. Other times it accepts the same receipt if I try agian later. I feel it's a scam and from china

I purchased 1 item from Amazon.com and 2 items from Costco.com. I purchased the following items and should have gotten the following points: 3 count Tide to Go Pens and received 1000 points, Dove Deep Moisture 3 count Body Wash and received 3500 points, and Dawn Platium Advanced Power liquid Dish Soap and received 2000 points. I only received 25 for each. I contacted them for help explaining the issue and took pics of the receipt and products. After going back and for with them about 6 times, they said sorry we are not set up for eReceipts from Costco.com and not sure why the Amazon receipt isn't scanning. Needless to say, they haven't bothered to fix the issue at hand. I feel this should have been corrected and cleared up on there end. Customer Service is not helpful. I do not recommend this company.

I'm all but done with this app. They chose to award points for games - that was THEIR choice. Due to a break in the system somewhere, the app only recognized that I completed the first 2 tasks, rewarding me with a total of 1,064 points out of a total of 17,176 points. I've completed ALL tasks & SHOULD be entitled to 17,176 points. Out of the 1,064 points I was awarded as intended, through the app, customer service awarded me 16,519 for a grand total of 17,******* less than I'm due if their chosen game system worked properly. That's over 7.5 scanned receipts worth of points, so yeah, I'm beyond disgusted I have been told by customer service that it's not their problem there is a glitch in the new system & they can't award me any more points for this game because they've already awarded over 15k & I need to just choose another game. Ok - & what if that one ALSO doesn't work correctly? We're all just supposed to be told, "too bad, so sad OUR system doesn't work. Better luck next time!"?! Crap service!

I recently had online purchases and ended up returning items. They froze my account and deactivated it. When contacting support for an explanation they told me about my returns and that I violated their terms and immediately deactivated my account with no chance of getting my account back.

Started out being a great way to earn rewards. But once you start earning them and submitting mega points for their products they start denying your claims. Saying that you're breaking the rules. Bought several of their items from 1000 to 3,000 points and they denied them even though my name was on the credit card!

In 2 years I've earned $100 in Amazon credit. Not a lot but little work involved. Missing pts resolved quickly. They shouldn't have dropped the spin game. It was fun. I don't like their replacement. Overall good site.

Pay attention

My first time using a site like this and the Very first receipt I submitted they tell me I already submitted it or someone already did! It is literally impossible for that to be true as I went to the store shortly before the store closed and came straight home. I live with a small child NO adults! No one was at my house that night till the next day when I thought I'd try this site out! Besides the cashier at the store NO ONE touched my things. So it is impossible...I don't really care that much but they are NOT being truthful or giving credits where they are due. I don't know if this is normal but it deff put a bad taste in my mouth and will Never try this again. I brought it to their attention and basically was called a lier! I mean REALLY, over a stupid receipt. I thought maybe i did something wrong when submitting it or just a glitch in system but nope. So pay attention if your actually counting on getting something back for buying the things on their lists. U may learn your not thrifty after all but your a cheat and lier!
