My Mom is 95 yrs. Old She had 2 strokes last summer. She ask me to come stay with her at her old badly deterriating home, to care for her. I locked my door, & went. My home got repeatedly broken into, nothing worth taking was stolen. Then they trashed it so terribly bad. I had no ins. We are desperately needing a good home to live in. We have our bills mostly tied up in medical bills for Mom. We are very desperate for a good heating, & cooling home. We hardly can go. So a nicely built, comfortable, roomy home would be a blessing to us both. Thank you.

So far it sounds mighty interesting & tempting because as a single aged near retirement aged man who is faced with mulitiple home repair issues etc. it moves me to cash in on the home's potential to be repaired & sell. At 59 years of age, I aspire to witness a beautiful renovation of my childhood home, the property improved & a new happy family ready to embark upon the solitude of good country living near a gorgeous lake & breathtaking scenic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains move in it.

I was brought to the site for a government program. I'll see any government program and I've already dealt with these refinance companies that you're leaving me too. And they cannot provide me the service I'm looking for. This is misleading and false advertisement.

The information provided can be misleading as it suggests that a refinancing rate would be offered without first collecting all of the customer's information. This can be deceiving and unfair to the customer so now I will have many companies and bank people calling me, and I won't be able to answer my phone. You need to make sure to honor your commitments and stay true to your beliefs by checking equity and making sure to follow through with honoring what you say I learned a new lesson, if it's 2 good to be true it probably is. My sincere regrets!

Good very fast process. Hopefully I am able to get the help that I need to get a home of my own it's been lonely out here for the last 4 years 2 years 3 years after having my identity stolen so thank you

Why do you always have to leave your phone number? Text me and give me a ballpark interest rate and I might be interested. Invade my life with repetitive phone calls and since I am very nearly deaf, it is a waste of your time and mine.

This is a bait and switch add, designed to get my info and sending me refinance rates that are higher. You do not show what I qualify for only a bunch of lenders that are going to hound me. Try letting the consumer decide what they want to do by actually giving the information you lead them to believe they will get.

Before I finished your application my phone was ringing. It was one of your lenders. That's ridiculous. I thought you could just give me a yes/no answer online. If it was yes, I would consider finding out more about the offer. If it was no, I would just finish out the term of my current mortgage. What on earth made me think this would be easy? Please, for the love of God, don't give my name to a bunch of companies who will hound me until death,

I didn't know this was a gimmick to match us up to a refinance company. You falsely advertised that the government has money for us that we didn't know about that can help us remodel our house or pay off our debt as senior citizens or have $500 a month to help us with the mortgage. We already have an excellent loan company and a very low interest rate. We don't want any one contacting us.

Terrible experience you don't even recognize people's mailing or physical address. But Then turn around and require information that people might not even have such as a email address or phone number just to get lender information. Scam or discrimination not sure which one. Do you want to help people or just collect info to sell make up your mind everyone doesn't have smartphones or emails. Some people are actually surviving without the mark of the beast.

A scam to get lenders to call. Site advertises payoffs, government programs etc... just another version of telemarketing to bother you. Sorry I participated... now I have to endure countless calls and emails.

I was thinking of refinancing my property and applied for rate information from Fetcharate. I received too many emails and attempts to contact me. I don't like sales calls or emails. This service is good for anyone who doesn't mind being contacted by a multitude of salespeople.

Rite on so far.Not really comfortable and not really trusting in online and banking over the net. Weve been screwed before so I hope you can understand our hesitant nature. Also we are trying to rebuild credit and not sure weather to rebuild or fix current home. Price of everything is outrageous rite now.

You get proples hope up in getting a loan to repair what they have are get something else, then you knock them right back down. Please tell me how all these low class people can get loans in nice subdivision? I know it's some kind of government loan it's just how it's done. Please just text because I won't answer the phone now.

This started out asking me to check if I qualify for some benefit. That answer has not been provided, instead it was just a sneaky way to fish out my information for me to now be bugged by alot of people I don't want calling or emailing me. I am educated and can read, I would rather read about this fantasy benefit than have some pushy salesperson try to explain it to me. Thanks for wasting my time without answering the question that you posed.
