I told you I was in a manufactured single family dwelling. It is on 4 acres, and, your ad led me to believe I could lower my mortgage payments and later it mentioned refinancing in which I don't think I'm eligible for that just yet; I purchased the place a little over a month ago.
The advertising is false advertising. It was advertised as a special government buyout or financial help to help pay off your mortgage. It's nothing of the sort. It's a refinance opportunity and doesn't involve any government program what-so-ever. I absolutely hate being lied to to sucker me into some lying bull$#*!! How can I trust anyone and/or any business who lies and/or lies to consumers to bring them to their bill$#*!?! Pathetic and you may go $#*! your self and then after completion go $#*! your mother!
I don't like that I can't get an answer right now but instead I'm going to be receiving tons of phone calls from every lender around. I do not have time to sit and talk to all these lenders. This is why I don't like responding to these ads.
I feel that your initial ad about the "government providing a prigram to lower your mortgage payments " was misleading. You were simply reaching out to lenders who can save me money due to lower interest rate. I do not want to be contacted by all these lenders. They are already contacting me.
I told you the credit was average with a bankruptcy, you checked banks for people with good credit. So when they call its a waste of my time and theirs. Most banks say with a bankruptcy they can't do anything. I guess we'll have to see. I gave 3 Stars because you didn't listen to what i said or text actually.
You promise a great deal of information about savings; there is NONE ALL I'm going to get out of this is a week of realtors' harrassing me by phone. It's ringing already. What a crock. Just getting answers to questions does not constitute any opinion of your company because you haven't done anything other than ask the standard questions. When processing starts then you may ask and you have something to provide the you can ask " how are we doing"?
It talked about a federal program, and seeing if I qualified and then just sent me through to apply for a mortgage but didn't even show me any rates and now I have all these people calling me. Ugh, total bait and switch.
When you offer rates and discounts and have to give all of your info and get nothing but a list of vendors it's super frustrating. I want the options and be able to proceed based on returned info, not be bombarded with email and phone calls.

You keep sending me messages every few weeks like something has changed. I own my 2 family house but don't rent it out it's paid off and I can't even get a couple thousand dollars against it and my whole plan is to sell it by this summer and as of know I could sell it today for over 100 grand but once I side it and roof it I'll get well around 200 and more I don't understand the system today, this is crazy
Treating people the way.you would like to be treated is a very valuable skill as well as quality. It takes time and patience to learn how people are and that's okay, and the willingness to accept people just the way they are gives comfort to others and only then can they be themselves. What is this? Your marketing was sold as a government program that saves homeowners money via a special government program. I went through your sign up and you simply provided me mortgage lenders. I could find a mortgage lender without your help. Where is thr 20% savings in all of this?

First page indicated I would not receive sales calls, only to find the whole process was leading up to a bunch of sales calls. And, I never received any information that was promised about "how much I could save" or any other numbers/values to back up the whole reason I entered all my information! Another marketing scam... sigh.
