I hate these sites that tell you to see your rate then ten million people call over and over again. It's all bait and switch h and I just wish lenders, insurance agents etc … would stop it. I won't answer any of these calls and it's just a waste of their time snd mine. Stop lying snd just say if you want to have lenders call to give you a rate, fill out gbe form
I cant see what I'm typing because this site won't let you see. The site wasn't easy to navigate the site. 1 And the first thing when I first get connected, is your "rate your experience" kind of deal. I haven't even got to use the app and you're asking me how I like it? Why don't you wait until the user has the ability to interface with the app before you ask a user
It said no spam when looking into the service. But not 5 seconds after I checked into it, I started getting calls from mortgage brokers. I did not want nor expect to get bombarded with phone calls or emails on mortgage rates. I just wanted to see if we qualified. Now I am on a list to get non stop calls and emails from people I did not want.
Fetchrate sent an email saying I could receive up to $30,000 without effecting my monthly payment, which is what interested me, but when I follow up. Fetchrate does not allow me to enter that constraint in my search of lenders.
Your ad talks about a govt program, but the lender response says nothing... feels like entrapment
This was like bate and switch, it was supposed to be quick and easy. I have no info and now a sales person with presure tactics and time consuming questions is going to call. Not what i wanted at all.
So far so good. I have a question. Do you help seniors who has a Reverse mortgage? I need a new roof. It has started to leak in my attic. I can't find any grants or any one that can help me. Please help me. Thank you!
I figured the Advert for a version of click-bait. Turns out it was, minus a star. Then, was mislead to see It required personal info that was not needed at all. PII,, for more corp(s) to follow. Minus another star. And then the completely false statement, via a play on words, govt backed prog...
Do not like being contacted by phone. If legit why not just email the initial communication and let the borrowers decide if they would like to go further, rather than being pushed by a lender to do something like this. Give a person the privacy and complete information to decide if it is something that they trust and want to move forward with and let the borrower then contact the lender.
The site states at this point I would see an estimated savings. I answered the credit score gauge, amount owing and estimated value. This should be sufficient to give one an idea of savings before being inendated with phone calls. This is so not the case and false advertising I don't adhere to.
Sorry.
I think your to good to be true and if I'm on social security and low income I would not qualify for your discrimination that I always gotten in my past to so take your mortgage lies and leave me the $#*!alone. Got it you lie.
I do not want any lenders to call me. Your add is misleading by not disclosing the fact that I will be contacted. Your offer an ability to check some lending rates but make no mention that if I complete the questions I will be contacted. I just want to be able to view the offers and then decide myself who I'd like to talk to...
I only had one experience that made me unsure if I wanted to go with this program. I wasn't able to get my email address enter. It was sort of difficult other than that I found it to be fairly easy. Thank you.
Hi my name is Darlene Robinson I am currently looking for a place to stay for me and my family I have no job no money some experience but not very much please give me a call my phone number 631-5413. It later
Simple so far. Just wondering if it's really worth doing. And as long as it gets us a lower rate so that we aren't living at work just to be able to have a decent place to live and experience the American dream.
This was advertised as a government program to save seniors money and avoid 15 years of payments. Technically a true statement, but basically just a site to sell 15-year mortgages. No special government program for seniors. Just another attempt to fleece seniors.
Article about federal gov't discount pulls you in however the process is yet another mechanism to get client information. The portal doesn't tell you anything about the fed gov't discount and if you qualify. Shame on me!
You're saying people who haven't missed a payment can receive 145,000 dollars to pay on there house. I haven't missed a payment and i only owe 57,000 on mine. If i can get money to pay my house off as the Government is offering, because I'm not trying to refinance. I could use the extra money i may get to fix my house up.
Very good!
I'm in a terrible situation. The home is in my mother's name, which she has passed. The home was left to me. The home went into foreclosure which I needed a lawyer. I'm behind in payments which is between $1300 to $1700. I would love to catch up and end the court situation. If anyway you can help it would sure help. If you cannot, just send me a email. My parents took out an equity equity line of credit. I needed help taking care of her which she wanted me to pay the sitter which ran the equity line of credit over $$100,00.
Easy
However when you have unusual situation there is no place to put it in. My mother has passed away, left the home to me.At the time of her going down I needed help. She told me to pay the sitter with her equality line of credit. It ran up high and now I'm in a mess. I hope you can help.
Sincerely,
Janie Bruce
Not enough information. I do not want to refinance. I thought that I was getting a special deal. So if this just a refinance then it is not what it promises at the beginning of the ad. Don't contact me for a regular refinance. So is the state of Washington putting money in?
It seems straight so far, but I am not wishing to change the current mortgage holder service. This action here is exploratory until I have more information and this current program being offered is USA government approved and not against the law,
