I clicked on link regarding a news article instead of news article I get this advertisement... I saw advert and still decided to click in hope of just to see possibilities NOT companies who will then evaluate and try and sell me a refinance.

U advertised in an ad or whatever it is online and claim it can shave off 15 yrs etc but it does not say u have to refinance. Refinance is only for people with enough equity into their home. This isn't a legal program it's a scam to get people to refinance for yall to make money. It's false advertising and illegal

I was looking to see my rates and how much estimate just from the information I gave. I don't want to be bombarded with all these calls from lenders. Give me the estimates and the lender's numbers and I can call when I'm ready! Thank you

I really don't have a question for you at this time I try once in awhile to get my husband to sale because the yard is getting a little more harder for him to handle every yr but if we do that we would need to rent a 3bedroom so the oldest grandson would get off the living rooms floor and even the 2beds are higher than our mortgage payment is now

This is deceptive and i was immediately contacted by several lenders when i never requested to be contacted or agreed to be contacted by anyone! Why say its a government program lowering your mortgage payment when all it is is a bunch of money thirsty lenders trying to get you hooked! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

The fact you have to get endless phone calls just to find out if you qualify is ridiculous and it opens you up to endless scammers hackers and fraud not to mention just plain right out robbery. All from the false pretense that you can have your mortgage lowered and get cash back to pay off your debit by seeing if you can qualify without all the aggravation the process has to only find out you dont.

I supposedly have a loan with rocket mortgage, after divorce can't refinance because ex wife won't sign off on loan so I can refinance a loan that I believe to be fake and is all her credit card debit, why do you put me with the only to company's that have been screwing me for year's. Why can't you verify me? You pay for ads telling people you can help them. We need help! We have crappy credit. So what? I was laid off on 1/31/20 and my husband had an accident that kept him from being able to work for 15+ weeks. COVID was going on. I paid all major credit on time and in full! I was NEVER late for my mortgage or car payments until the summer of 2020. That was over 30 years of on time payments! We're making more money thn we've ever made. We owe $0 on our current property - 5 acres, 750 sq ft cabin, with shop/garage within 1/2 mile of a major lake! We have no major debt. Just a few stupid companies who won't work with us to come up with a good resolution from a time when we were as well off financially as we are now. We have NO DEBT! We need to make basic home upgrades to our home and need help! Don't advertise that you can help if you refuse.

You advertise promises that you don't keep. I wanted to know the value of my home but after giving you all my personal information that you will now go and sell to a third party, I was told you could not give me that information. I would like to withdraw my consent. No thank you BAIT N' SWITCH!

This site is a scam. Iy makes it sound like we will actually find a rate via this site. That is a lie, instead it takes the information you enter and sends it to loan lenders whe will then hound you for a very long time to get even more information. Then they will run your credit. This will cause your credit score to go down, then deny your loan request.

Just a big scam.
