Awful

I ordered a shirt in the beginning of December and received a confirmation email shortly after saying it would take about 3 weeks to get my shirt. After 5 weeks of not getting an email saying it had been I sent out, I emailed them, and was told that they didn't have those shirts in stock and had no idea when they would. After 2 more weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them asking for a refund. They told me they gave me the refund, but my bank had no money sent back from them and I received no money back. I emailed them asking about it and they said there was nothing they could do. We called to complain and were told they would call us back later that day, that was over a month ago, and we still haven't recieved a call. I was left with no shirt and am out $22. Horrible experience. Do not order from them.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a tshirt on March 5th. I didn't get a notification that the package was being shipped until March 23ed. It's now May 6th, tomorrow it will have been a full two months since I placed the order and the package is still in "electronic shipping info received." This means my order got to the warehouse but they don't have what I ordered in stock. I have contacted them on three separate occasions and always gotten the same useless response. I love their stuff and their message, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional. If they were honest about their shipping it would be better, but over all I would not recommend ordering from them at all. And if you really want it, be willing to wait for a long long time.

Hey, Sorry about your parcel. If you have received an email that said your items were shipped, it means that they were er... shipped and that they may have gone lost in the mail. USPS is great but sometimes they lose it too :). Best thing to do in this case is to send us an email and we can track the item. You can also do that yourself, if you like as we always provide people with a tracking for their parcel with the ' your-item-has-been-shipped email. Cheers

Robbing Peter to pay paul. Most items on the site do not exist. They are selling items on sale that do not exist to make money to fulfill thousands of ordens that they are behind on. I know this because I was shipping and printing these. This site is a scam. Do not order from this site. He not only owes the customers what they paid for but many others that worked for him. And yes he is my brother.

I ordered from this website a while ago, but based on the reviews i've read its still the same. Great message! Terrible company.
It took 6+ months for my order to get here (to Canada). And it was sent only after multiple threats to report them for being a scam. MULTIPLE. My father is an officer (which who probably wouldn't do much about an online case since he's in a completely different unit) but it wasn't until i mentioned that, that i finally received my order. Which contained all wrong sizes.
The actual quality of the clothing is pretty decent, the lettering on the hoodies started cracking after only a couple months though.

Like I said, it's a great message, but whoever is running the merchandise part of these needs to be replaced. It's just awful.

I'm not sure when you placed your order but FCKH8 has recently undergone some changes. One including the ownership and management. We strive for all orders to go out within a timely manner. Also, we have a customer service line available for anyone to call in concerning any issues with orders. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the brand but as you can see from recent reviews, FCKH8 has a made an improvement on the overall experience for customers. I love what this site stands for, and the moment I saw their "Some dudes marry dudes/Get over it" shirt, I knew I had to have it, so I wasted no time in ordering it. This was at the very last part of May. It is now July 19th and I STILL have not received my shirt. When I called customer service, the boy I talked to was very rude and hung up on me when he said he was checking on why my order hasn't shipped. I've contacted them via e-mail numerous times but I kept getting told that the shirt is on back order. I would not recommend this site at all.

I was skeptical about them at first, only because the website said my order had been fulfilled but I hadn't received my package. However, after emailing customer service, it was quickly cleared up and I received my package literally 3 days after I contacted them. The jacket I ordered looks great and it was also for a great cause!

I tried to give them Zero stars, but couldn't!. I ordered on October 31,2013 a sweatshirt for my daughter. It is January 29,2014 no sweatshirt (37.14) No one answers the phone. I message on FB with a reply that they would look into it on January 14. Ready to dispute charge with bank. Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I've been waiting 71 days for my shirt. I've been sent blanket emails saying that the demand has been crazy because the videos went viral but that was over a month ago since I got those and I haven't heard a peep since. I've now emailed them, believing I've given them well and truly enough time to get their sh** together.

I've ordered them two other times as well, both taking over a month each. Both of the orders have been screwed up in some way. In one I received the wrong badges, in the other I received an XS shirt in place of a 2XL shirt. They re-sent the right size and it was received in only a couple of weeks, and I had to pay for the shipping of the other one back to them... PFFFT.

This will be my last order.

Worst representatives for any site ever. Aside from their complete lack of knowledge on lgbt+ issues, their own sales rep here "Ryan" is only able to copy-paste the same message over and over. Don't trust any company that gives you the same robotic feedback over and over.

I placed an order with them 4 months ago. Never received the product. I emailed them over 7 times and a dozen phone calls. The first email response I got said that there was a death in the family and they were behind on orders, the second email response I got was they were busy because of the Supreme Court Ruling. Finally I left a phone message stating I was contacting the BBB and their local District Attorney, they refunded me within an hour. Thats a Fraud company for you. I've since sent all the emails to the BBB and DA, hoping that they will look into them further. Im sure they've scammed many people.

I recently saw the video of the five little girls and immediately went to the website to order something. I ended up getting the zip-up hoodied, and I love it! It's really well mad, is super soft, and I love it even more than I thought I would. Definitely a great purchase!

I absolutely love their message BUT I ordered three shirts from them two years ago and months after I ordered them only one came and it was the wrong shirt and the wrong size. The other two still have not come. I tried calling and calling and usually no one would pick up and when I finally got someone on the line he promised me it would be shipped the following week. When it never was shipped, I called again and he said they were back ordered and that it would definitely be shipped the next week. Needless to say I wouldn't buy from this site until they get their act together.

I am a huge human rights supporter and I love the creative ways that this site is against hate! I ordered a shirt and it arrived way earlier than expected and it is a perfect fit! I will definitely order more things from fckh8 and i recommend this site sooo much!

Ordered in August

Ordered in August. Was told "up to 21 days for the order to be shipped". It's now late November and I get nothing but the standard "Oh what you ordered was very popular, but we will ship it this week."
They are clearly scammers. I have demanded a refund and they have agreed, but they have not refunded me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I saw the video of the little girls and had to buy a shirt and tried to tell everyone I could to buy one too! I love what the site stands for in all areas. The only issue I have is I bought the flowy shirt and in the picture and description it did not mention it was a crop top! I will be returning it to get another one for sure!

I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my daughter. After ordering I found out my daughter had wanted a different shirt than the one I picked. I emailed and asked if it was possible to get the shirt switched. Adam responded immediately and was very accomodating. The shirts arrived today and they are both perfect.

Being an advocate for anyone who wants to love or marry anyone they want, I was on board for the FCKH8 organization and their message to "LEGALIZE LOVE". I even bought their KOOLAID (t-shirts/sweatshirts). However, 3 months later and I have been sent several emails implying my order has been shipped (which it hasn't), nor have I received the refund on my items after being told I would get one fo... r a month now. I am now forced to put this "charitable" organization on blast. If you plan to use merchandise as a method of spreading your message, make sure you understand how to treat your customers/supporters. This organization that is supposed to teach intolerance has done nothing more than made me feel like a "bully" when I asked for my money back. According to Google Search, my experience is not unique.

I ordered a shirt from them a couple of weeks ago; it came in today's mail (12-08-14). Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, I'm generally a happy camper.:-)

I've done what I could to help bolster gay rights; starting in late-summer 1993 when I wrote a demo program for the Commodore 64 computer titled, "AIDS Demo/TDC".

I ordered a shirt from this website, and I was in constant contact with their customer service reps because, it took an entire month just for them to ship it. I was starting to think the website was a scam. Thankfully they finally sent it after talking with three different people, and I received it two days after. If it wasn't a gift for christmas, I would have canceled it. When it did come in, I was worried it might have been to small, so I asked about their return policy and they said I would just have to pay the shipping cost, but I said forget it because by the time I send it back it would probably take them another month just to give me the bigger size, so it wasn't worth it. I would never recommend this website to anyone. It's a shame really because their merchandise is so appealing, but by the time it comes in, the interest is gone.

Emily, I am sorry about your experience. The reason that we ask for the customer to pay for returned shipping is because we provide a size chart on our website. Once you had sent back your shirt, we would have immediately sent you the exchange.
