I expected them to be taller and not inclusive of root. They cut them back sparse and so far still not looking 100%. They were planted same day as arrival and regularly watered. Willow looks better then the Chinese Fringe tree. Smoke tree looks fabulous.

My tree was damaged upon arrival. I contacted FastGrowingTreez by phone and told her of my issue. I was told to email the company... which I did. They were very apologetic and assured me they would send a replacement. A couple of weeks later, I got back with them and was told that the tree was on back order. I would appreciate my tree being shipped to me or a refund. Basically, I received a stick for over a hundred dollars.

The online ordering, shipping and communications were great. My trees were not. They were scrawny, misshapen and had poor root development. Some of the branches are dead. I checked my local garden center which is known for healthy trees but high prices and found them for the same price but lush and strong with substantial roots and well developed limbs. I will shop local in the future.
I purchased over 3000 dollars tree last year from Fast Growing and I bought the warranty for almost all the trees. I somehow thought I had the warranty as well for the Black Walnut tree I bought so I did not report last fall when I saw it almost died or died. I was hoping it will come back this year but it died. I contacted the company and was told sorry basically, and that it would be noted in my account if the tree died. No, the tree did not die, but I am sorry I did expect more.

Ordered twice. First order was delivered great. Second order Fedex stored the box upright and delivered it to door laying down. Opened the box to find three pots smooshed into another and damaged. They were were replaced within a day and arrived less than a week.

I ordered 2 Dogwoods they arrived fine, I ordered a Magnolia which was 2X the price of the Dogwoods and it is literally a STICK with a root ball. How am supposed to plant a $140 stick in my yard - surround it with cones so it doesn't get run over by a dog or a lawnmower? The company said "we are sorry you don't understand that items are not always as displayed on line" ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
