The shopping experience was easy and I received the tree quickly. I know I can call if I have any questions, as I've never purchased a live tree before.

I have used fast growing trees twice. The first time in January I bought and received 2 wisteria and a jacaranda tree. I planted all three and after two weeks the jacaranda was starting to show some new growth. Then February came and So did the snow. I live in Huston, Tx. And we had below freezing temperatures for a week. The wisteria never had any growth on them, but the little thst was on the jacaranda died. We lost other plants as well and figured the wisteria and jacaranda tree were goners as well. About three weeks later the wisteria started to show signs of growth, we were very surprised and happy. However there was no change in the tree. So, about a week later I went to dig it up and throw it out. Imagine my surprise when I see three small shoots growing up from the base of the tree. I would not have blamed fast growing trees if they all had died. Huston hadn't had a storm like that in thirty years. Thankfully though they all survived and are doing well.

Fast Growing Trees sent me a good specimen, in good shape, and very quickly. The problem may be that they sent it too quickly. They said they would ship it the week of May 3 (therefore arriving about May 8-9), but instead instead they shipped it almost a month earlier, arriving about April 10. Although the hydrangea (tree form) arrived in good shape, it was still snowy, cold, and windy here in Northern Utah. I waited about 4-5 days to plant it, but it is not in nearly as good of condition now as when it arrived. I hope it survives. I would have waited to rate this transaction, but they have sent me 3 requests to rate this. If it survives, I would have rated this a "5." However, if it does not survive, because of it dealing with the cold and windy weather, I would lower this even more. I wish they would have shipped this on May 3rd, like they said they were going to do. I'm very glad, however, that I got this tree.

I used to have these at another home and loved them. I ordered these and I wasn't disappointed. Very healthy plants and had total instruction on planting and care. I would definitely use Fast Growing trees again.

I was very surprised to open my door and find my trees on the doorstep. I didn't receive any notice that they were coming. The poor trees have been through a lot and I'm still not sure if they will survive. I did purchase the "warranty" on them however I have little faith that it will be honored since I submitted a question to them and never got a response.

But all 4 trees were standing on end at the end of my driveway, damaging (by crushing) one tree completely. Fast Growing Trees quickly sent out another tree- but the box was also standing on end. Whose problem is this? And how do you prevent it?

Arrived well packaged. I was very pleased it was not heavy and I could easily move it to the planting site and it was a 6 foot tree. Great looking tree doing well.

Product was mis represented on the site, total disappointment!

My fig tree came with figs on it already. It was very healthy when it arrived and continues to grow nicely.

I have purchased from this website multiple times but unfortunately I don't think I will anymore. My beautiful arbequina olive tree died within a few months of when it arrived. So far the rest of the trees I have purchased are doing ok but the tree arrived immediately dropping all its leaves (which can be normal so I waited and treated it as instructed) and it eventually died completely.

This was the worst purchase I ever made for my home. I specifically ordered "mature" bushes 4-5 ft. And they ended up being shorter than me at 5-1. I know that I paid 10x what I should have but thought I was getting a premier product. I was very wrong! I feel I should get what I ordered.

I purchased a meyer lemon bush, a black mission fig tree, and two strawberry baskets. Meyer Lemon bush was smaller than expected and leaves and branches damaged from shipping. Black Mission Fig tree had spotted leaves that fell off days after arriving and it looks sick. Strawberry baskets were overpriced in my opinion.

So i order a few things from here. The money tree was in excellent condition. My pear tree diseased. And strawberry bushes look dead still. I've called and messaged them about what to do next only to be replied to several weeks after. We will see how the refund process goes or if they'll replace the ones that are ill.

Ordered a crabapple tree, it came in great shape and the size is just what I expected and wanted. Their customer service is wonderful, they always respond and are very understanding and eager to help with any questions or concerns

I am very impressed with this company. I did one order of two 1-2 feet Avocado trees, they arrived 2 days later, healthy and thriving, one was already blooming. I decided to do another order of a 5-6 foot tree. Prior to receiving the order I called customer service to ask some questions about the tree that was in route. They were extremely polite and helpful. Again the tree arrived and is thriving with new growth on it a few days after planting it.

I ordered 6 plants. Two citronella, two lemon grass, and two eucalyptus. Upon arrival of my plants, I noticed the box they were shipped was on my porch wrong side up. I opened the box up to discover dirt EVERYWHERE- all but two of my plants were out of their containers. One of the citronella plants had barely two leaves on it, needless to say it has died. Lesson learned. Will not order from FastGrowingTrees.com again.

The phone people were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had and they are very courteous and if I had to wait for a return call were quick to do it. Great job on packaging (no damage to the trees) and great follow up. Good selections, but not sure on prices. They just seem a bit steep to me. The two trees I received were OK, but I did expect better with the condition, however, I am not sure on what condition they should be? I do like where some buyers were positive their trees are doing better and they were worst than mine in the pictures. Also great tips on each item on how to take care, and the tree itself. The trees are still green and for me, that is a plus. Thank the tips again for that one. I will definitely buy from again. By the way, a senior discount and lower free shipping price would be a nice gesture. Already have my next two picked? Thanks FGT. John
