Came looking sad I hope they make it my frost peach was a stick with no roots. Very expensive stick! I guess you gotta buy the insurance so your not out good money.

Took a bit for delivery but plant was in good care.

Ordered six forsythia a d two lilac bushes with equal amounts of root rocket and planting soil. They stuffed them all into two boxes and crushed three of the plants breaking stems.

I ordered 2 grape starter plants... one os growing, the other is dead. How do I send it back?

I have night three different plants from fastgrowingtrees and they have been excellent shape when they arrived.

We paid $90 a pierce for 2 skyrocket junipers. We were shocked at how small and fragile the plants were. So very disappointed in our purchase. The clematis plant was also a disappointment - the root ball was small and stuffed in a larger pot. We're hoping our purchases will thrive and eventually grow into robust plants.

When we received our plum tree it was as if it had just been removed from the ground. The leaves were healthy and I planted the tree the next day. I used the root blaster and followed the directions and the tree looks great.

I sent a note couple weeks after receiving a dead appearing tree with 2 healthy trees. You told me to just wait. The trea is barron and brown underneath. We have a warranty. What are we waiting for?

Not happy at all i ordered my trees 3 weeks ago with 5-6 day shipping. I still have not recieved them. I called last week and the lady i talked to assure me they would be shipped with in the week and i still haven't heard anything on them, that was. 4 days ago. Not happy

We wanted Myrtle for our backyard and Fastgrowingtrees made it so easy to find just what we were looking for. The plant was smaller than I expected, but I have high hopes for it in our backyard.

After numerous calls and uploads of pictures no customer service. Finally 2 weeks later a call from a supervisor called and attempted to make right. So far i have only received one credit and promises to resend the four that arrived dead. I've received one item. I do have to say it was in very good condition.

I would not recommend nor ever use them again!

My trees arrived and were perfectly packed. Beautiful quality and both were in great condition.

Opened the box as soon as we got it and found 2 large branches broken off

Received in a timely manner. Planted with no problems; trees are growing great!

Like many others, when I opened the box I thought, "Will these survive?" I watered them in their pot foe over a week before I could plant them. 4 days after being in the ground they were refreshed and buds were seen. I now have roses blooming from those buds in bright color. I just followed the directions enclosed in the package.

I ordered 3 expensive indoor plants. The plants that arrived looked nothing like the pictures posted in the web store. They were in very bad shape, leaves shredded, torn and discolored. After pruning off the dead or diseased parts, there was not much plant left. In one case the plant sent looked very different from the picture of the plant I thought I was buying.

Easy to order. Tree came very well packed. Instructions were easy to follow. So far so good.
