My Mom and I ordered this tree in memory of my Dad who passed on 5/17/20... I never considered ordering a tree online, but glad I did. It arrived promptly and in very good condition. Very happy customer.

The agent was very helpful, shipping came on time. The only thing some trees where packed together which caused damage. I thought it was strange since I was charged for additional oversized package. Anyway when I called and submitted the pictures I had no problem with reimbursement. Overall I think they are great company.

Shipping took a little longer. The tree arrived nicely packaged with all the leaves intact not all dried out it went straight into a pot and started growing no issues
I purchased 4 knockout roses all but 3 is what I expected but 1 did not compare. I also had bought insurance for these roses. Your response was plant wait 3 to 4 weeks. For me that was not a option! I text photos and explained my issues it sounded like they did have any more of the rose to replace it with! But I suggested they send me a different rose that was half the cost of the original. I just got it and it matches the first 3. It's wasn't a even trade but it will work for me!,
When my wisteria tree arrived I was EXCITED! Until I saw how small it was... I thought I was getting a bigger tree but when I opened the package I was shocked and laughing at the same time. It was so "TINY ". It had dead leaves as well.
My husband made sure to handle it with care indoors until it looked healthy enough to be planted outdoors.
It's still early to tell but so far it's still alive outside.
Only time will tell how it will do.

Plant was healthy and unharmed when it arrived. Took about 5 days to get to Las Vegas, but the soil was still damp. The Amethyst Falls wisteria looks perfect on our new trellis.
After ordering the trees arrived in great shape. The large tree was packed really well. No broken branches and seemed very fresh. The tree was just recently put into the ground and seems very happy.

This year was the worst as it related to hardiness. We had a tough winter this year and I lost

I believe this has to do with where the plants are grown.
While hardiness zones are listed if you get the material from a warmer zone there is no guarantee

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
