Took way to long to receive my order site said 4 to 5 days took over a week

Had some problems ordering online and called the 800 number. The rep helped me place my order and achieve free shipping for which I qualified. My tree and other products arrived without damage. I am very happy with the redbud tree I ordered and the tree is doing well after the first 3 weeks.

My Mom and I ordered this tree in memory of my Dad who passed on 5/17/20... I never considered ordering a tree online, but glad I did. It arrived promptly and in very good condition. Very happy customer.

Plant arrived dry dead so I was greatly dissatisfied with my experience with fast growing trees

Very fast shipping and the Thuja Giants that we ordered are doing well! The free lilac we received was a bonus!

The agent was very helpful, shipping came on time. The only thing some trees where packed together which caused damage. I thought it was strange since I was charged for additional oversized package. Anyway when I called and submitted the pictures I had no problem with reimbursement. Overall I think they are great company.

I have not received my shipment of trees yet! I will let you know when I get them.

Shipping took a little longer. The tree arrived nicely packaged with all the leaves intact not all dried out it went straight into a pot and started growing no issues

I purchased 4 knockout roses all but 3 is what I expected but 1 did not compare. I also had bought insurance for these roses. Your response was plant wait 3 to 4 weeks. For me that was not a option! I text photos and explained my issues it sounded like they did have any more of the rose to replace it with! But I suggested they send me a different rose that was half the cost of the original. I just got it and it matches the first 3. It's wasn't a even trade but it will work for me!,

When my wisteria tree arrived I was EXCITED! Until I saw how small it was... I thought I was getting a bigger tree but when I opened the package I was shocked and laughing at the same time. It was so "TINY ". It had dead leaves as well.
My husband made sure to handle it with care indoors until it looked healthy enough to be planted outdoors.
It's still early to tell but so far it's still alive outside.
Only time will tell how it will do.

Plant was healthy and unharmed when it arrived. Took about 5 days to get to Las Vegas, but the soil was still damp. The Amethyst Falls wisteria looks perfect on our new trellis.

After ordering the trees arrived in great shape. The large tree was packed really well. No broken branches and seemed very fresh. The tree was just recently put into the ground and seems very happy.

Over the years I have bought trees from them and initially they worked well
Unfortunately long term there were issues.
This year was the worst as it related to hardiness. We had a tough winter this year and I lost
A significant number of plants, even ones which I've had for a couple of years.
I believe this has to do with where the plants are grown.
While hardiness zones are listed if you get the material from a warmer zone there is no guarantee
It will survive the winters in Chicago.

Last year I had a problem with shipping
The box came broken as did a number of the plants.
I sent pictures and wanted replacements. They did not offer to replace and
It was very difficult getting anyone to address my issues.
Finally they gave me a credit.

We ordered 2 different trees and both came safely packaged and ready for planting. They are both thriving. I would totally recommend FastGrowing Trees to anyone!

We purchased a meyer lemon for a gift and was embarrassed by how small it is. It was supposed to be larger.

A little mixup with my first order but it was quickly resolved. I have received quality healthy plants which they guarantee (for a price)
