I received an incomplete order and when I called to find out there was the rest of my order no apology whatsoever. I was worried there was another box of plants and trees being inside a delivery truck when in fact this company oversells and doesn't has the decency to tell the customers the truth and always comes out with the answer that your money will end up in a "gift card". It is my hard earned money and not a gift from this company or anyone. This company is to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for breaking trust of its clients, and I was a client for having ordered in previous years, but not anymore.

I ordered my first tree from fast growing trees, and had an issue with it that was quickly resolved. I was sent another tree free if charge which was great, but it was in worse shape than the first. I did order another couple items which were way to expensive for tge size, a barberry and butterfly bush, but at least appeared healthy

My order arrived quickly and the plants were in great shape. The line bush already had small little limes growing on them. I live in zone 6 so these citrus trees will remain in my greenhouse.
Approximately 2 weeks, after I placed my order, when I had not received, even a shipping notification, I called customer service. I was told that for some unknown reason, the 7 ft Superior Plum tree had not left the warehouse. I was assured that shipment would occur within the following 2 days. I asked for an email to be sent to me concerning the shipment, with a tracking number. For some reason, they were trying to get the email to go through, but we're unable to get it to me. We verified the email address, and it was correct. That's still a mystery. Apparently, that must have been resolved, as I did receive your request for a review. After calling, a second time, on May 10th (still no email and no tree) I was told that I should have delivery before the days end. The day ended with no tree. It was delivered on the following morning. The tree seems to be in good shape and I planted it on the day of arrival. Your customer service reps were very courteous, but were having trouble getting emails through. Bottom line, only 2 stars as it took way too long to get my tree, in spite of customer service trying to help. Tree is great, in spite of spending too long in a box. Happy with tree; unhappy with circumstances.
Better product, better cost than available locally also prompt delivery.
I ordered ajuga, yew and barberry. We are still waiting to see if they will take off--planted two weeks ago. The ajuga was a little rootbound, but will keep watered and gave extra time to spreading the roots. The yew demonstrates new growth. The barberry arrived with shriveled ends--providing care and waiting to see if it will snap out of it.

I received a shipment of 5 trees. Two of them looked dead. I planted them anyway. Maybe one has a chance to survive. We will see. The second one is dead. I contacted fast growing trees via email and never got a response. Ok $150 down the drain. I ordered replacement from another company. Fast Growing trees company is disrespectful to their customers. Do not do any business with them.

We have purchased from FGT several times over the years and each time our plants/trees arrived healthy and in a timely manner. After planting, each plant/tree has thrived. Our most frequent purchase has been the double knockout roses, red, yellow, and most recently pink. The pink roses planted 2 weeks ago are already blooming, and the previous roses we purchased are full grown, resilient, and provide beautiful roses each year.
So far so good. My trees arrived in great shape. It was several days before I actually planted them. They are doing very well after planting!
I understand per the notice that came in the box that due to shipping and being in a dark box that the tree will loose its blooms and leaves but after much care the tree only has 3 blooms and 3 leaves... I am very concerned it will not survive... I submitted a concern after receiving the tree but didn't receive any feedback/comments only this survey.

All four of my hazelnut trees that I ordered arrived in horribly poor condition and have never recovered. What a waste of money and a waste of time. I'll never buy from this site again!

I purchased 4 ferns and. Pink Pom Pom. All four ferns were almost dead when they arrived and our poor tree looked pretty bad. We planted them, but I dont think three of the ferns are going to make it.

Little tree came in good condition and I have had it for about 2 weeks now. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be... but indeed... it is 2ft tall. I am not so sure I'll see oranges this year... but certainly hope that it grows well in the 15 gallon pot I am going to transplant it into.
When we first got them, didn't know what to think. Then we planted them and to our surprise they grew 6 inches in about 7 to 10 days! We are thrilled with them and can't wait to see them grow over our trellis. The rate that they are growing, it won't be long at all! Very satisfied!
Bought 4 trees, which arrived in two boxes. Upon immediate unpacking in pretty cool weather, two trees looked good and two had badly wilted leaves. I immediately watered and planted according to directions. The good looking trees appear to be getting established after a month. The two that arrived in bad shape never recovered. Leaves remained wilted and dropped. Trees appear dead. I called FGT, but no response. I must say that I am very pleased with the two trees that survived.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
