Lilac is in the ground and fig tree is in a pot. Both seem to be doing well, but it's only been a couple of weeks. With sun and water I expect they will thrive.
Wanted to plant a bay tree at our new since we loved the one at our last home. A beautiful healthy tree arrived quickly.
I got a Stella Cherry tree. The roots were dismal looking things. I was expecting it to come in a pot with somewhat of a root ball but it looked like they yanked it out of the pot or ground, slapped some wet sawdust on the bare roots and shipped it. It came with no literature or care tips whatsoever. There were only a few pitiful little leaves hanging onto one of the branches and they didn't fall off in shipping because they weren't in the box. It's been almost 3 weeks since planting. So far the leaves are still hanging on. No buds even starting anywhere though. I don't have much hope. Sorry. If it dies I will be requesting a refund. I planted it the very best that I could. Maybe I'm wrong and it will surprise me. I hope so.
The tree was delivered timely. Took a little beating & very dried out. Planted & watered immediately. Has recovered & bloomed nicely. So far, so good. We had a failure before, so guarded. Looks good!

Bad stock, scraped bark on trunk, broken and dried out branches, dried out leaves which fell off as soon as planted. Delayed receipt beyond dates specified in advertisement. I would not use this supplier. I spent over $300 dollars for two worthless sticks. Go to a local. Nursery, atleast you will be able to take home a good tree.

Plants arrived in great condition. It's been a few weeks and all 15+ plants are doing great.
Products danaged. Lemon bush had zeveral broken branches. Plant containers squished. Called customer service put have to take pictures to document then post. Dont have tome. Customer service was rude. And this is my second order from them. Will not order from them

Received my order, dumped upside down over the fence (6 foot). My Coconut Tree was out of the pot and dirt and the Citronella plants were broken. Find someone new that will ship for you THAT CAN READ BOXES THAT SAY THIS SIDE UP AND FRAGILE LIVE PLANTS/TREES

I ordered the LSU fig trees for my father in law, shipping was super fast, BUT when they got here they had been flipped so many times the trees were upside down, leaves knocked off, and broken limbs. After trying to bring them back to life they both withered away at this point not even being a month later. I paid for a one year warranty but the website gives no information on how to contact someone for the warranty. Overall highly unsatisfied.

I placed my first order from you, with the intention of buying just one tree. There was, however, a promotion that if you spent above a certain amount of $ ( i believe it was $229 or something like that) we would receive a FREE 1 Quart Red Japanese Maple. This promotion worked as of course you hoped it would -- I spent an additional $95 that I had not intended to spend (on top of the $140 I spent on the tree) in order to get this bonus.
When the order arrived - there was no red maple. I sent an email to *******@fast-growing-trees.com inquiring about the missing item, and i got no response. Today I called to ask what happen, and I was told on the phone that the offer was only while supplies lasted, and the reason I did not receive the bonus tree was because the inventory was gone.
I understand offers like this, and I understand there are some times when there are reasons (such as limited supplies) when a company can not make good on the promotion. What is surprising and disappointing is the fact that there was no communication about this -- no email, note in the packaging, response to my inquiry, etc. explaining why this order was not fulfilled. Additionally, there was no gesture that would have been SO easy for you to make -- perhaps sending something else as a bonus, or sending a voucher for a future purchase, or even sending a coupon to "make up" for not being able to deliver on the promised promotion.
I would not have spent the additional $95 on items i truly didn't even need if I had not been enticed by this promotional offer. The fact that there was not even an effort to acknowledge the inability to deliver on the promotion is bad business, and in fact feels even a bit deceptive.
The final straw was when I called to inquire, and the customer service representative explained the situation, and basically just gave me a "yeah, it's too bad, you're just out of luck" message. I gave him every opportunity to figure out a way to apologize and to "make it up" to me (again, I don't have insane or unreasonable expectations, I would have been placated with even just a discount code to be used on a future product, which frankly would have been even better business for you because it likely would have enticed me into making a future purchase).
At this point I will not make a purchase from your shop again, and I hope you reconsider the way you handle promotions going forward -- if you can't deliver on an offer or promise, it's basic courtesy to respond with an acknowledgement, and some sort of effort to make up for this. I feel duped that I spent an extra almost $100 because of this promotion, and I am surprised there was not even a basic attempt to acknowledge or apologize (other than the lame acknowledgement when i went out of my way to call customer service).

I ordered a lot of trees. All but one cane which was whited out on the Shipping manifest.
I called and was told that it might be back ordered in someone should contact me and that was 2 weeks ago I still haven't heard anything. I've sent emails with no reply.
I want my tree.
I should also mention that my apricot trees especially one of them had hardly any roots at all and now the leaves are wilting.

I ordered April 8th and the were to ship May3rd. Didn't hear anything by May 13th so I called. Back ordered until July or August.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
