Smaller and more scraggly then imagined. I worked in a greenhouse so I understand everyone doesn't get the best plants. Hopefully it will grow and develop in the coming years. I did go to southern states and see a tea plant 5 times the size for $20 more so there's always that.

I ordered three peach trees from FGT. They arrived two days after they were supposed to with lots of leaves lost during the transport. They were packaged well and in good shipping boxes. I think the extra stress of the travel days impacted the trees overall health. I thought they'd come back with proper care so I planted them right away. Two trees look to be coming back strong, but one looks like it isn't going to make it.
A root supplement was missed in my original order and customer service was excellent.

I have purchased around 10 trees and shrubs from FastGrowingTrees and been extremely satisfied. They are always big, beautiful plants and they do well after planting. I love the way they package them and the speedy shipping. It's amazing that you can just order practically any tree or shrub you can think of and get it a few days later. I had a problem last year because the shipping company didn't deliver two trees and two shrubs in a timely manner and they weren't doing well when I finally got them, and FastGrowingTrees sent me new plants right away. Excellent customer service!

Great service, great product. The tree arrived on time, in great condition. The only issue I had was when removing it from the box the roots came out of the burlap sack of dirt so I was worried it wouldn't survive but it seems to be ok. The other thing that would be great is including the post to tie the tree to. I'm guessing that's not included to save on shipping? Really looking forward to years of shade as soon as my little tree grows up. Thanks!
2 of my 8 trees arrived dead with the root removed from the dirt. I spent $1,500 on my order and threw away $400 of it. Very disappointed

Placed 2 order in 3 days, about $1700. Half of my 2 orders are already dead in 1 week. Some came half dead already, never had a chance.
I box so dumped around that half the soil was out of the pots. A couple of the plants out of the pots. I really need a refund on the dead ones.

I received my Flame Thrower Redbud tree professionally packaged in excellent condition~ Planted it in the ground and it's growing well~ Very satisfied and will order again in the future~
My order arrived in a timely manner. Plants ordered were healthy. During shipping the cardboard cap keeping soil inside of the lime tree came dislodged causing soil from container to be lost into shipping box. Although, this does not appear to have "harmed" the tree, I feel it has suffered "shock" and will take at least a year or more to revive (i am glad i purchased the 1 yr. Warranty for this reason). There were no transplanting instructions included with the shipment which was a disappointment but not something unattainable through a little research.
This is the worst of all worst! Do not buy anything from this company. I spent $300 on 2 trees that look like sticks. Waste of money and time, and their CS SUCKS, they do not do anything just take your money. I had such high hopes and thought I researched this place, I guess not enough now I have two twigs and no blooms.

The cherry tree arrived on time and in excellent condition. We had it professionally planted in our front yard, and it is thriving! It has already grown! Was hoping to get some blooms this year, but I don't think that will happen. Hopefully, next spring will bring some beautiful cherry blossoms!
The tree that I received was planted, and now I have been told that it looks like it has root rot. I sent a picture of the tree with curled/dead leaves to Fast Growing Trees customer service, and I was told it will probably die. They want me to wait 3-6 weeks more in case it pulls through. I am willing to do this but am counting on the fact that they will make it right if the tree dies. I am naturally nervous since this is the most expensive tree I have ever bought!

Lilac is in the ground and fig tree is in a pot. Both seem to be doing well, but it's only been a couple of weeks. With sun and water I expect they will thrive.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
